As far as its internal logic is concerned, "love one’s job and strive for the first class" is the goal of the model worker, "hard work and courage to innovate" shows the spirit of the model worker, and "indifferent to fame and fortune and willing to contribute" reflects the ideological realm of the model worker, and the three aspects complement each other.
