Expanding the learning and communication platform and improving the ability of evaluation-The evaluation center successfully hosted the second evaluation salon in 2020.

　　Review Salon is a learning platform for work exchange and theoretical discussion built by the editorial department of Financial Review for the vast number of financial review workers in China, which has played an active role in publicizing financial policies, exchanging review experience and exploring cutting-edge theories. After fierce competition, the hosting right of the second judging salon in 2020 was obtained by Qinghai Provincial Financial Investment Appraisal Center. From March 24th to 26th, the director of the Center, Comrade Xue Kai, led a team and invited Comrade Liang Weihua from the Budget Performance Management Office of the Office to form a 16-member presiding team. With the theme of "How to carry out budget performance management according to the principle of full coverage, whole process and all-round", we conducted online learning and discussion with financial evaluation institutions at all levels in China with WeChat platform as the carrier.

　　In a short period of three days, the presiding team focused on how to build a budget performance management system with "objectives in advance, monitoring in the process, evaluation afterwards and application of evaluation results", focusing on eight sub-topics, such as how to build a budget expenditure standard system, how to do a good job in budget performance management through monitoring in the process, and how to carry out project expenditure performance evaluation, and fully demonstrated the achievements of budget performance management in our province to all levels of national evaluation institutions, which were echoed by provincial evaluation experts.

　　The success of this appraisal salon has brought a feast of learning and communication to the national financial appraisal institutions. The wonderful discussion of appraisal experts fully embodies the advantages and values of financial investment appraisal service performance management, effectively enhances our deeper understanding and cognition of budget performance management, and opens up new ideas and new ways for the investment appraisal center to better serve the financial work in the future.
