First time in the world! The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology made a heavy voice

On January 19th, the State Council held a press conference. The relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology introduced the development of industry and informatization in 2023 and answered questions from reporters.

The relevant person in charge pointed out that in 2023, the added value of industrial enterprises above designated size increased by 4.6% year-on-year, and 28 of the 41 major industrial sectors maintained growth. For the first time, the export volume of "new three products" exceeded one trillion, and the shipbuilding market share ranked first in the world for 14 consecutive years.

In 2023, automobile production and sales exceeded 30 million vehicles for the first time, with production and sales reaching 30.161 million vehicles and 30.094 million vehicles respectively, up by 11.6% and 12% year-on-year, reaching a record high and ranking first in the world for 15 consecutive years. In 2001, 4.91 million vehicles were exported, a year-on-year increase of 57.9%, ranking first in the world for the first time.

In addition, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and relevant departments will guide financial resources to increase support for major strategies, key areas and weak links in manufacturing. The balance of medium and long-term loans in the manufacturing industry has maintained a growth rate of around 30% for three consecutive years, and the financing scale of the national industry-industry integration platform has increased by 68% year-on-year. In the next step, we will focus on bio-manufacturing, artificial intelligence, inland river ships, low-altitude economy and other fields to explore early hard science and technology projects, guide financial capital, social capital and industrial capital to continue to invest, and at the same time continue to do a good job in listing and cultivating enterprises with the joint stock exchange.

The industrial added value increased by 4.6%.

Xin Guobin, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, pointed out that in 2023, the added value of industrial enterprises above designated size increased by 4.6% year-on-year, an increase of 1 percentage point over 2022. Among them, the added value of industrial enterprises above designated size increased by 5.0% year-on-year. The overall scale of manufacturing industry ranks first in the world for 14 consecutive years.

Specifically, industrial production has stabilized and accelerated, and 28 of the 41 major industrial sectors have maintained growth. The ten key industries are basically stable, with an average growth rate of over 5%. The production growth rate of electrical machinery and equipment, automobiles and other industries all exceeded 10%, and the industrial added value growth rate of the automobile industry reached 13%.

The industrial economy of most provinces has recovered steadily, and the industrial added value of most provinces has increased year-on-year, and the growth area of provinces has increased by nearly 20% compared with 2022. The growth rate of 8 of the 10 major industrial provinces is higher than the overall growth rate of industrial added value in the national regulations. The growth rates of Jiangsu, Shandong, Anhui and other provinces all exceeded 7%.

The benefits of enterprises have steadily rebounded. By the end of November 2023, the losses of industrial enterprises have been narrowing for eight consecutive months since April 2023. The growth rate of operating income of industrial enterprises above designated size has rebounded for five consecutive months.

Investment in industrial fixed assets maintained growth, with a year-on-year increase of 9%; Investment in fixed social assets in the whole society increased by 3%. Among them, the growth rate of manufacturing investment has accelerated since August 2023, and the growth rate of investment in automobiles, electrical machinery and equipment, chemicals, non-ferrous metals and other industries is higher than 10%.

In addition, the market is expected to be stable and positive. By the end of November 2023, the number of industrial enterprises above designated size had reached 483,000, an increase of 32,000 compared with the end of 2022. The expected index of manufacturing PMI production and operation activities has risen for three consecutive months since October 2023, and the annual index is higher than the critical point.

Automobile exports ranked first in the world for the first time.

In 2023, China’s automobile industry made a breakthrough. Xin Guobin pointed out that last year, automobile production and sales exceeded 30 million vehicles for the first time, and the production and sales reached 30.161 million vehicles and 30.094 million vehicles respectively, up 11.6% and 12% year-on-year, reaching a record high and ranking first in the world for 15 consecutive years. The retail sales of automobiles reached 4.86 trillion yuan, accounting for 10.3% of the total retail sales of social consumer goods, and the added value of industrial enterprises above designated size of automobile manufacturing increased by 13% year-on-year.

New energy vehicles continue to lead the world. In 2023, the production and sales of new energy vehicles were 9.587 million and 9.495 million respectively, up by 35.8% and 37.9% respectively, and the sales of new cars reached 31.6% of the total sales of new cars.

Foreign trade exports have further stepped up to a new level. In 2023, the total vehicle export was 4.91 million, up 57.9% year-on-year, ranking first in the world for the first time. Among them, the export of new energy vehicles was 1.203 million, a year-on-year increase of 77.6%. Power battery exports reached 127.4 GWh, up 87.1% year-on-year.

Xin Guobin also pointed out that the development of the automobile industry still faces many challenges-most new energy automobile companies have not yet achieved profitability, there are shortcomings in areas such as automotive chips, and insufficient coordination on the development of intelligent networked vehicles.

For the next stage to promote the high-quality development of the automobile industry, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has made the following arrangements:

First, we will implement preferential policies such as tax reduction and exemption for the purchase of small cars, carry out comprehensive electrification pilot projects for vehicles in the public sector and activities of new energy vehicles going to the countryside, actively expand the consumption of new energy vehicles, and maintain stable industrial operation.

The second is to support enterprises to carry out joint innovation, increase technical research on vehicle chips, all-solid-state batteries and high-level autonomous driving, and further enhance the market competitiveness of products.

Third, organize the pilot application of intelligent networked vehicle access and "vehicle-Lu Yun integration", speed up the construction of infrastructure such as roadside perception and networked cloud control, further improve the standard system of vehicle end, road end and network end, and further promote the commercial application of intelligent networked vehicles.

The fourth is to further strengthen the overall layout of industrial development, prevent and resolve the risk of overcapacity, and maintain fair competition market order. Continue to promote the international development of the automobile industry, promote the elimination of various forms of trade protection policies, and create a good international and domestic environment for industrial development.

The United Stock Exchange should do a good job in listing and cultivating enterprises.

The 2023 financial work conference pointed out that it is necessary to adhere to the fundamental purpose of financial services to the real economy. Xin Guobin said that at present, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has carried out strategic cooperation with 22 financial institutions across the country, initially forming a work pattern of industry-integration, which is coordinated by departments, coordinated by central and local governments, coordinated by various policies, and widely participated by financial institutions. The data shows that the balance of medium and long-term loans in the manufacturing industry has maintained a growth rate of around 30% for three consecutive years, and the financing scale of the national industrial integration platform has increased by 68% year-on-year.

Relying on the hard science and technology attribute evaluation and listing cultivation mechanism jointly established with the stock exchange and local supporting policy incentives, we will guide social capital to invest early and invest small in hard science and technology, and build a sustained and stable innovation investment mechanism to make up for shortcomings, forge long boards and strengthen foundations. In the engineering stage, leading enterprises or dominant enterprises in the industrial chain put forward R&D needs, determine the respondents by "revealing the list" and other ways, include R&D projects in the scope of hard technology, encourage investment institutions to support R&D activities, and promote further supporting preferential policies where the projects land. In the stage of industrialization and marketization, some preferential loans, industrial investment, insurance compensation and other policies should be adapted accordingly to help innovative achievements quickly open up the market, including market verification and technical iteration.

Xin Guobin made it clear that this year, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will continue to further promote the integration of production and operation and strengthen cooperation with financial management departments. Expand the implementation of the special scope of "financial integration of science and technology industry" and hold special roadshows for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and parks. Continue to carry out the construction and evaluation of hard science and technology attribute evaluation standards in subdivision fields. Focus on bio-manufacturing, artificial intelligence, inland river ships, low-altitude economy and other fields to explore early hard science and technology projects, guide financial capital, social capital and industrial capital to continue to invest, and at the same time continue to do a good job in listing and cultivating enterprises with the joint stock exchange, unblock the channels for capital withdrawal, promote the further virtuous circle of "science and technology-industry-finance" and promote the construction of a modern industrial system.

Promote the research and development of 5G-A and 5G lightweight products and accelerate the research of 6G technology.

In 2023, China’s information and communication industry grew steadily and continuously, and 5G innovation and development led the world. Zhao Zhiguo, spokesperson and chief engineer of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, said that by the end of 2023, the total number of 5G base stations in China had reached 3.377 million, the network base was further consolidated, and the network applications were constantly enriched. Applications in the 5G industry have been integrated into 71 national economic categories, with more than 94,000 application cases and 29,000 virtual private networks in the 5G industry. The application of 5G has been deeply promoted in industries such as industry, mining, electric power, port and medical treatment.

The continuous growth of 5G mobile phone users and the rapid increase of 5G traffic consumption have promoted the vigorous development of emerging services such as naked-eye 3D and cloud mobile phones, effectively expanding the development space of the mobile communication market. By the end of last year, there were 805 million users of 5G mobile phones, and 5G network access traffic accounted for 47%. According to the calculation of research institutions, it is estimated that 5G will directly drive the total economic output by 1.86 trillion yuan in 2023, an increase of 29% over 2022.

Zhao Zhiguo said that in the next step, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will study and introduce a continuation policy for the development of 5G applications, give full play to the guiding role of policies, and promote the high-quality development of the entire value chain of the 5G industry chain. Accelerate the construction of 5G networks and promote the deep coverage of mobile networks in key places. Strengthen the construction of 5G convergence application standard system, and continue to promote the technological evolution and product research and development of 5G-A and 5G lightweight. At the same time, accelerate the research of 6G technology, carry out technical experiments and strengthen technical reserves.

The prospect of comprehensive utilization of waste power batteries can be expected

Green and low-carbon is the production background of new industrialization. When asked about the achievements of industrial green and low-carbon transformation in 2023, Tao Qing, spokesperson of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and director of the Operation Monitoring Coordination Bureau, responded that the industrial structure has been continuously optimized, and backward production capacity in industries such as steel, electrolytic aluminum, petrochemical industry and building materials has been further withdrawn, and 78 steel enterprises have completed the whole process of ultra-low emission transformation with 390 million tons of crude steel production capacity.

The release of green kinetic energy is accelerated. The 16 MW offshore wind turbine with the largest single unit capacity in the world has been successfully connected to the grid for power generation, and the output of the main links in the photovoltaic industry chain has remained the first in the world for many years. The total output value of environmental protection equipment manufacturing industry is expected to exceed 970 billion yuan.

The comprehensive utilization system of industrial resources was further improved. In the whole year, 239 enterprises for comprehensive utilization of renewable resources such as waste steel, waste paper and waste power batteries of new energy vehicles were selected, and the comprehensive utilization of waste power batteries of new energy vehicles was 225,000 tons.

In the next step, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will continue to promote the implementation of the 14 th Five-Year Plan for Industrial Green Development. In 2024, it is planned to formulate about 100 carbon footprint rules and standards for key products. Vigorously develop green and low-carbon industries such as hydrogen energy and energy storage, improve the requirements of backward production capacity, energy consumption and environmental protection, and accelerate the synergy of pollution reduction and carbon reduction.

In-depth implementation of the green manufacturing project, in 2024, we will strive to cultivate 1,000 new green factories at the national level, improve the green manufacturing service system, and pilot the implementation of "enterprise green code". Give full play to the role of national production integration as a platform, and actively create green consumption scenarios in new energy vehicles and green household appliances.

Accelerate the construction of waste recycling system and encourage qualified areas to create "waste-free parks" and "waste-free enterprises". Promote the development of industrial norms for the comprehensive utilization of renewable resources. In 2024, the comprehensive utilization of major varieties of renewable resources should increase steadily, improve the emerging solid waste utilization system, and strive to achieve an annual comprehensive utilization of waste power batteries of more than 260,000 tons.

The reporter noted that the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently announced the fifth batch of enterprises that meet the "Industrial Standards and Conditions for Comprehensive Utilization of Waste Power Batteries in New Energy Vehicles". Up to now, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has announced a total of 148 compliance enterprises in five batches, including 85 echelon utilization enterprises and 48 recycling enterprises, and 15 enterprises involved in echelon and recycling at the same time.

Feng Yi, general manager of China Automobile Data Co., Ltd., said in an interview with the Securities Times reporter that the comprehensive utilization enterprises of waste power batteries have covered 24 provincial-level administrative regions in China, and the number of comprehensive utilization enterprises in each region basically matches the number of new energy vehicles, which can basically realize the "recycling and disposal nearby" of waste power batteries, and some regions have also formed regional power battery recycling industrial clusters. Driven by market demand, comprehensive utilization enterprises are constantly strengthening the cultivation of R&D and innovation capabilities, and the technical research and technological innovation of the industry are constantly strengthening, so the development foundation of the comprehensive utilization industry will be more solid and the prospects will be more predictable.

Dream of "cross-border e-commerce" Who cheated me of my half-life savings?

Every reporter Du Wei Wen Menghua every editor Dong Xingsheng

Looking for an overseas website to open a shop and sell China goods is attracting more and more businesses and capital.

According to enterprise survey data, in the first half of 2022, more than 20,000 cross-border e-commerce related enterprises were added nationwide. The Data Report of Cross-border E-commerce Market in China in 2022 (I) predicts that the cross-border e-commerce market is expected to reach 15.7 trillion yuan in 2022.

15.7 trillion, the market is very big, and the temptation is also great. "You don’t need to know English, the net profit of a single order exceeds 40%", "You can do it without purchasing channels and goods" and "The guaranteed turnover is 40,000 yuan a month". It is these tempting marketing terms of "cross-border e-commerce" that make dozens of people from all over the country, such as Li Yun from Guizhou, Zhong Yong from Hebei and Yu Wei from Inner Mongolia, fall into the trap of new tricks in just a few days, and some families even fall into it.

What is even more embarrassing is that these businesses don’t even know who they have been cheated by.

"This is a new situation." Li Chengdong, the founder of e-commerce of Dolphin Think Tank, pointed out in an interview with national business daily. Chen Zixing, a lawyer of Beijing Anbo (Chengdu) Law Firm, also told reporters that it was the first time that the seller suffered a "chain scam" case. "The cross-border e-commerce store and the website where the goods were purchased in the case were all fake."

Taking advantage of the information gap at home and abroad, the new deception that lures merchants to enter has cast a shadow over the rising cross-border e-commerce. After more than two months of follow-up investigation, the reporter personally experienced how Li Yun and others were tempted to open stores step by step, trying to break through the tightly woven network of chain scams; And talk to industry authorities, lawyers, etc., restore the reasons behind the new scam, and explore the problems and opportunities of cross-border e-commerce industry.

One ring and one ring: nearly 750,000 yuan was cheated in half a month.

In October 2022, Li Yun, who opened a physical clothing store, was attracted by the "gimmicks" such as cross-border e-commerce to open stores for free and without supply, thinking that he had encountered a "precious" entrepreneurial opportunity. Unexpectedly, she fell into a huge trap.

Under the guidance of the online "teacher", Li Yun opened a shop in Lelong shop that day, and purchased it through "Youhuo.com" and sent it to overseas buyers. Initially, Li Yun quickly received the payment on Lelong shop.

"I checked Lelong, which was established in 1998 and is very famous abroad." According to Liu Yun, in the next few days, more and more orders were placed, and the amount was getting bigger and bigger. "I have more than 100,000 yuan in each order."

Not without doubt. When she invested 4000 yuan, Li Yun called the relevant authorities, but at that time it was not clear whether it was fraud, so she didn’t care. After that, Li Yun opened two more stores in the name of his parents.

From the initial free shop opening, to the payment of several hundred yuan, and then to tens of thousands and hundreds of thousands of yuan, as the order is getting bigger and bigger, like "snowballing", in order to get the payment back, Li Yun has also spent more and more money. In order not to let the previous money go to waste, she can only continue to invest more money. After being unable to pay for the purchase of new orders, all three stores of Li Yun were frozen by the website. The "teacher" told her that she needed to pay a deposit of $50,000 to unblock the store. Until then, Li Yuncai realized that he had fallen into a scam and called the police.

The reporter logged into the backstage of Li Yun’s frozen women’s clothing store and saw that at present, Li Yun’s pending settlement amount exceeds 60,000 US dollars, and the settled amount exceeds 30,000 US dollars (the settlement failed to be withdrawn after the store was closed). "I have already delivered the unsettled and settled goods. I invested more than 600,000 yuan in this store alone." Liu Yun said that in just 15 days, his three stores were frozen successively, and more than 700,000 yuan was invested in Shui Piao. Among them, on the day of the alarm on October 24, 2022, I hit another 100,000 yuan.

For Liu Yun, this more than 700,000 yuan not only spent his savings, but also caught up with his parents’ savings for half a lifetime. What happened to Liu Yun is not a case. The reporter found that more than 30 sellers from all over the country had the same experience on the platform of "Lelong shop" alone. As of January 6, 2023, according to the reporter’s rough statistics, they have been cheated by more than 2 million yuan.

Yu Wei, who lives in Inner Mongolia, told reporters that she found that it was not the same collection account on the third day when she opened the store. She felt that it was not right, but after being induced by the "teacher" to check the backstage payment, she made another 8,000 yuan. "There were 50 orders of about 20,000 yuan that night. I asked the customer service to inform the customer to return the goods on the platform, but there was no response; Negotiating with the’ teacher’, the other party also said that there is no way to close the store and freeze the account if it is not delivered on time. "

Experience the deception of no supply: set big money with small money

"Open a shop without supply" and "Free of any deposit, tuition and consulting fees", and open the advertising links provided by the above sellers. The reporter saw that the advertising language on the poster was very attractive.

After the reporter clicked "consult now", he added the WeChat of "Customer Service of SiteGiant Co., Ltd." through a QR code. According to the other party, Lelong is the largest e-commerce platform in Malaysia, and now it is fully inviting investment from China merchants, with limited places.

When the reporter checked the enterprise information of SiteGiant Co., Ltd., he found that the number was "filled in by individuals" and no relevant information was submitted to verify the authenticity of the main information.

"There is no charge for supporting you to open a shop." The other party repeatedly stressed to reporters. Subsequently, it guided reporters to download ICQ software, and then pulled the group to introduce the operation of "teachers" to guide the opening of stores and selling goods. The reporter’s experience is exactly the same as that of Yang Liang, who works in Germany.

Yang Liang introduced that the "teacher" helped him with how to classify the product map and how to design the logo. At first, the other party was particularly enthusiastic. "Every day, I will help me pay attention to the store dynamics, teach me by hand, and ask me questions." When the store was placed by an overseas buyer, the teacher taught him to go to Youhuo.com to search for the goods the buyer wanted, and then he called the private account provided by Youhuo.com, "Tell me that I don’t pay taxes for my personal business, and I will believe it".

When "Youhuowang" delivers the goods for him, he can fill in the order number back to Lelong shop, which is regarded as the completion of the order. "They said that when the buyer receives the goods, I can go to the store to withdraw money." Yang Liang said, according to the "teacher", "every order will have a net profit of at least 40%. However, the delivery must be completed within 24 hours of the buyer’s order, otherwise it will be regarded as a violation and the store will be frozen. "

Everything went smoothly at first, but with the increasing amount of orders, Yang Liang’s investment in payment became more and more difficult, and the funds began to turn around. He once told the "teacher" not to push the flow and not to take orders first, but the orders were still one after another.

In just one week, Yang Liang’s shop was closed twice for failing to deliver the goods on time. After he scraped together a deposit of $1,000, the "teacher" also blamed him: "Don’t you even have one or two bosom friends?"

Yang Liang tried to contact overseas buyers and negotiate to cancel the order, but found that the other party was empty. When he questioned the "teacher" and asked questions, "The customer has placed an order of 100,000 yuan, and I have no money to purchase it. Can’t I not do this order?" However, it was accused by the "teacher" as an "unscrupulous merchant". "How can you make a phone call without an area code? How much money you prepare, just say in advance, you don’t say … you can’t solve it in violation of the regulations, just say that you have been cheated. "

At this point, Yang Liang just woke up, he is met "kill pig plate". Therefore, I immediately entrusted my domestic friends to call the police.

The public security bureau ran back and forth several times, but I still don’t know who cheated.

Is the Lelong shop where more than 30 sellers have settled in Malaysia?

The reporter called Lelong many times, but as of press time, he did not get a reply. "Lelong is a relatively old e-commerce platform in our country." Su Yanlu, Acting President of China Silk Road Entrepreneurs Association, told reporters that although the company address displayed on the website page of Lelong shop is the same as Lelong’s, there is no registration number required by the local government, and the logo of the two websites are different.

"I cried and begged my mother to trust me and lend me money to do cross-border e-commerce. As a result, I was cheated by nearly 750,000 yuan." After running back and forth several times in the Public Security Bureau, Liu Yun still doesn’t even know who he was cheated by. Another seller, Luo Qian, also smiled bitterly at the reporter: "When I went to the police station to report the case, I was asked the name of the fraudster or company."

No one knows the company information behind Lelong shop, and dozens of sellers also make personal calls to Youhuo. com, and the account number is different every time.

During the interview, almost all sellers mentioned to reporters that online stores sometimes can’t be opened, so they can only contact the "teacher" and use the re-sent website to enter. In this regard, the reporter asked the IT staff, and analyzed the Lelong shop and Youhuo.com mentioned by the seller by technical means, and found that the IP addresses of these two websites would "move" from time to time, but only in Tokyo and Hong Kong, China. "From the analysis results, the high probability is that the same company is operating, and the production price of such websites is low, and one can be made for several hundred yuan."

"The’ teacher’ said that our website is a sub-website of Lelong, which is aimed at China sellers and the company is in Hongkong." The seller, Li Lu, provided several videos to the reporter. After the store was frozen, she found a friend in Hong Kong and asked him to help to ask about the situation at the scene. According to the video recorded by his friend, there is no company related to Lelong shop in the office building where the address is located.

As a result, when the above-mentioned dozens of sellers realized that they were "cheated", they suddenly found out that no one even knew the "complaint" when they consulted a lawyer or reported the case to the police.

An e-commerce industry veteran told reporters that these dozens of sellers may encounter "chain scams", not only overseas stores are fake, but even the purchase website is fake, and there is no so-called overseas buyer at all.

According to the addresses and telephone numbers of overseas buyers provided by several sellers, the reporter called buyers in new york, London and other places for verification, but none of them could be connected, most of which were empty or wrong.

Wearing a cross-border e-commerce coat, online fraud

Before the "reverse Haitao" became popular, many China merchants had been "panning for gold" on platforms such as Amazon and Shrimp Skin. Compared with the capital investment and process of opening stores on these large platforms, criminals are aiming at the psychology that businesses want to try simply.

"This incident is a cross-border e-commerce cloak and online fraud." A veteran of the cross-border e-commerce industry analyzed that Lelong shop and websites with goods are located overseas or are fraudulent, which may make it difficult to implement supervision in China.

"Using overseas servers and virtual IP addresses to carry out illegal activities is a relatively high incidence in recent years, which undoubtedly increases the difficulty and cost of victims’ rights protection, and also increases obstacles and challenges for police investigation." Chen Zixing, a lawyer of Beijing Anbo (Chengdu) Law Firm, said in an interview that although he had been exposed to many cross-border e-commerce disputes, he encountered a case of "chain scam" for the first time.

Chen Zixing believes: "The incident has been suspected of a criminal offence, but it is difficult for the deceived seller to find out and confirm the subject identity and contact address of Lenglong shop by personal strength."

The reporter learned that in desperation, most sellers have used the search platform when searching for "cross-border e-commerce" as the defendant’s main body to report the case to the police.

"If the search platform pushes the relevant links and platforms of lenglong shop as advertisements, it may be recognized as an advertisement publisher. According to the relevant provisions of the Advertising Law, if false advertisements are published to deceive and mislead consumers and damage the legitimate rights and interests of consumers who purchase goods or receive services, advertisers shall bear civil liability according to law. " At the same time, Chen Zixing stressed that if an advertising agent or publisher cannot provide the real name, address and effective contact information of the advertiser, consumers can ask the advertising agent or publisher to pay compensation in advance.

In Chen Zixing’s view, the main problems faced by cross-border e-commerce victims in taking civil judicial channels are: First, it is difficult to determine the identity information of the defendant; Second, it is difficult to deliver judicial documents, and most cross-border e-commerce perpetrators are not in China; Third, it is difficult to implement and collect money. Even if the judgment is successful, there may be no property available for execution.

According to Chen Zixing, there are two main ways to relieve victims’ rights. First, the seller provides the information of the co-payee to the police and reports the case, and the police investigate and recover the money; The second is to take the payee as the defendant and bring a civil lawsuit to the court with jurisdiction to demand the payee to return the money.

Reporter’s Note: The space for cross-border e-commerce to create wealth is far beyond imagination, but it also has many traps.

As a factory in the world, cross-border sellers in China are the targets of major e-commerce platforms.

Relevant data show that in the past five years, the scale of cross-border e-commerce in China has increased nearly 10 times. In 2021, the import and export scale of cross-border e-commerce in China reached 1.92 trillion yuan. The report "Digital Platform Helps SMEs Participate in Global Supply Chain Competition" predicts that by 2025, the B2B market of cross-border e-commerce in China will reach 13.9 trillion yuan.

"As a new Nugget track, cross-border e-commerce has far more room for wealth creation and development than we imagined, but what we see is often only the winners. After people outside the industry actively or passively heard these success stories, they began to understand cross-border e-commerce, but they did not form a complete cognitive system and discrimination ability for cross-border e-commerce." Yao Zhengyi, secretary general of Chengdu cross-border electronic commerce Association, said in an interview.

"When the cross-border sea became a big market, it was also targeted by scammers." Li Chengdong, the founder of Dolphin Think Tank E-commerce, pointed out to the reporter that "doing cross-border e-commerce needs special caution. Sellers are lucky enough to believe that nothing needs to be invested, as long as they open a store, they can make money. "

The reporter learned through a large number of interviews that among dozens of deceived sellers, some people were attracted by gimmicks such as the operation of the marketing number of the "cross-border e-commerce" course on the short video platform. However, after entering, I encountered a fancy scam, and all the shops I opened ended in being frozen.

The seller Liu Li brushed a short video of cross-border e-commerce and came up with the idea of opening a store. After investing tens of thousands of yuan, the particles were not collected; Tian Honghua in Beijing paid nearly 30,000 yuan to find someone to operate on his behalf, and the other party ignored the "freezing" of his store after receiving the money …

There are no quick channels and rules for making money in any industry. Yao Zhengyi suggested that businesses that want to set foot in the cross-border e-commerce industry need to learn through formal channels to avoid falling into traps such as zero supply and fake shops.

As a consumer, the reporter learned from a number of cross-border e-commerce agency companies in the market that the "cooperation package" ranged from several thousand yuan to nearly 50,000 yuan, and promised tens of thousands of dollars a month to the agency stores.

"Last year, many colleagues disappeared." Xiao Le, who has been doing cross-border e-commerce operations for nearly three years, told reporters that the situation is very good, but the market is chaotic. "Those who are irresponsible and play routines will lose trust, and few can persist."

"China enterprises now need to go global. However, the real industry and brand going out to sea require enterprises to establish their own core teams, constantly explore and link resources from all parties to form a complete industry knowledge system. " Yao Zhengyi appealed that in order to make the cross-border e-commerce industry develop more orderly and efficiently, lawyers, scholars and other professionals who have studied the cross-border e-commerce industry can discuss the formation of some rules and mechanisms to avoid new online fraud incidents under the guise of cross-border e-commerce.

(In the article, sellers such as Li Yun, Yang Liang, Yu Wei, Luo Qian, Tian Hong, Li Lu, Liu Li and cross-border e-commerce practitioner Xiao Le are pseudonyms).

  Tianjin: volume of traffic promotion

At 10: 00 am on May 2, at Haiguang Temple Store in Suning.cn, Tianjin, Lv Yanhua, a salesman, was registering the purchase information of consumers. In the past three days, she has sold more than 60 integrated stoves with sales of nearly 700,000 yuan. "Since April 27, the number of customers who look at integrated stoves and range hoods has increased significantly." Lu Yanhua told reporters.

According to reports, in three days, in Suning.cn Haiguang Temple Store, the number of people spending through coupons has exceeded 200, and the discount has reached more than 400,000 yuan. Tianjin’s consumption promotion activities led to the overall sales of Suning.cn exceeding 30 million yuan, up 20% year-on-year.

Since the beginning of this year, affected by the COVID-19 epidemic, the sales of commercial enterprises have fallen sharply, and the passenger flow has decreased significantly. During the "May 1" period, Tianjin launched a variety of consumption promotion activities to activate the economy, helping the market and enterprises to pick up quickly. Heping District, Tianjin launched the first phase of 12 million yuan preferential superimposed consumption promotion activities, which were distributed in the form of "food coupons" and "universal coupons" on the online platforms such as Meituan, Dianping and China Unionpay Quick Pass to encourage holiday consumption.

Meng Cheng, deputy director of the Tianjin Heping District Bureau of Commerce, said that the combination of "government subsidies, platform support, and merchants’ profits" is to attract traffic to the market; Encourage businesses to make concessions and provide benefits and benefits to the public, so as to release consumption potential and promote rapid economic recovery.

During the period from April 28th to May 10th, Tianjin will launch a number of digital, networked and intelligent fashion products around new consumption, brand consumption and green consumption by holding the 4th "Double-product Online Shopping Festival", through live e-commerce, social e-commerce, personalized customization and flexible production. Brand online stores such as Vipshop, Meituan Youxuan, Hey, Maile.com and "Small but Beautiful" are actively expanding online consumption and carrying out various and colorful consumption promotion activities.

Fujian: Accelerate the recovery and replenishment.

On April 30th, the first day of the "May 1st" holiday, a group of consumers welcomed at Gate 6 of Taihe Square, East Second Ring Road, Yue Feng Town, Jin ‘an District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. Near noon, in the restaurants on the 5 th and 6 th floors of Taihe Square, the sight of citizens waiting for meals can be seen everywhere.

In order to better coordinate the prevention and control of the epidemic situation in COVID-19 and the economic and social development, and to accelerate the recovery of business travel consumption, on April 28th, Fujian held the launching ceremony of "All Fujian Tesco Fujian Business Travel", taking the May Day holiday as an opportunity to kick off a new round of consumption promotion activities in Fujian. Fuzhou took the lead in launching the "Hui Ju Rong Cheng Fu Jian Business Travel" to promote consumption, and issued 9 million yuan of business coupons through the China Unionpay Quick Pass platform, which stimulated the recovery of automobile, home appliances, department stores in business districts, restaurants and other industries and helped the consumer market to pick up.

"The release of a series of measures to promote consumption has stimulated consumers’ desire to buy and enhanced their shopping enthusiasm. Both merchants and shopping malls are full of confidence in the rapid recovery of the market!" Jin Yuqiao, deputy general manager of Taihe Square in East Second Ring Road, told reporters.

"On April 30th, the passenger flow of Taihe Square reached 130,000, with sales of 10.93 million yuan." Jin Yuqiao said that the average daily passenger flow of Taihe Square is 80,000 to 100,000, and it is about 100,000 to 150,000 on weekends. The consumption promotion activities have played a great role in promoting the popularity of shopping malls and the sales of merchants.

  Gansu: Online and offline efforts

Shandan shredded dried yak meat, Minle potato vermicelli, Heshui buckwheat vermicelli, Kangxian fern root vermicelli, Dangchang Wubao tea, Anding potato vinegar, Huining Yihe miscellaneous grains health porridge & HELIP; … In the e-commerce platform of Zhenpin Gansu, the "Ganwei" agricultural special products launched by the "Double-product Online Shopping Festival" are very eye-catching.

This year’s "May 1" holiday, Gansu combined with the province’s superior agricultural special products, screened powerful leading e-commerce platforms and enterprises, focused on broadening online sales channels, expanding the scale of online sales, launching the "Ganwei" brand, promoting farmers’ income and helping rural revitalization.

“‘ May Day ’ During this period, 51 products from 19 counties in Gansu Province were promoted online. Promotional products are mainly local agricultural special products. " Zhu Kai, general manager of Zhenpin e-commerce platform in Gansu Province, said that this year’s "Double Product Festival" mainly promoted famous and special products, and made consumers enjoy benefits through activities such as snapping up in a limited time, exploding explosions, and buying one for one. Among them, the discount of Zhenpin Folk Music, Zhenpin Heshui and Zhenpin Jingtai is about 20%, and the discount of some products of Zhenpin Zhuanglang, Zhenpin Dangchang and Zhenpin Anding is 50%.

While online promotion is in full swing, offline promotion is also in progress simultaneously. The "Celebration of May 1st" Consumption Promotion Month in Liangzhou District, Wuwei City, Gansu Province, started on April 30th. The municipal and district finances raised 1 million yuan to promote consumption, launched the consumption promotion month in Liangzhou District, and distributed retail (including household appliances), catering and automobile consumption promotion activities. Minqin County distributed electronic coupons for catering, daily necessities, household and electronic products throughout the county.

Through the combination of "online+offline", Gansu cultivates new bright spots of consumption growth, makes the new trend of consumption upgrading into a new consumption demand that adapts to the multi-level diversification of local urban and rural residents, accelerates the promotion of new consumption upgrading and expansion, and stimulates the potential of urban and rural consumption.

  Hainan: Bank merchants participate together.

In order to promote the growth of social consumption, during the "May 1" holiday, Hainan guided banks and commercial enterprises to participate together, and distributed tax-free coupons for shopping, catering and tourism throughout the province in accordance with the principle of "government subsidies, bank support and merchant participation", totaling more than 200 million yuan. The first batch of coupons of 20 million yuan will be distributed to consumers through UnionPay China Unionpay Quick Pass platform from 10: 00 on April 30th.

Statistics provided by the Hainan Provincial Department of Commerce show that as of 17: 00 on May 1, over 80% of the first batch of coupons have been collected. Fu Guoyuan, a citizen of Haikou, has used a number of coupons in the past two days. He told reporters that he bought 116 yuan of daily necessities in the supermarket and paid 96 yuan after using the coupons; Dinner with colleagues costs 260 yuan and pays 180 yuan; In Xinglong Tropical Botanical Garden, it costs 328 yuan to buy vanilla tea, and 228 yuan is actually paid. "Using coupons to buy goods is very cost-effective, and it can be operated on mobile phones, which is very convenient to use." Fu Guoyuan said.

On May 2, the reporter saw in a supermarket in Meiyuan Road, Haikou City that a leaflet of coupons was posted at the door, and many customers used coupons to shop. "The use of coupons has greatly increased the turnover, and we have also increased our publicity efforts, asking customers whether they have received coupons and striving for the biggest discount for customers." Clerk Zhang Hongyin said.

In addition to issuing coupons, Hainan also issued 10 million yuan of digital RMB consumption benefits on May 1 to carry out duty-free shopping activities. Passengers from outlying islands inside and outside Hainan Province can spend money in duty-free shops, which can be directly deducted, and can also be used for preferential activities such as discounts on duty-free shops.

Beijing CDC: "Superfungi" pose no threat to public health.

Beijing, April 11 (Xinhua) Recently, a news about "super fungi" triggered a heated discussion in society. The Beijing Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention announced today that the "super fungus" is Candida auricula, which can cause serious infection in hospitalized cases. Healthy people are usually not infected with Candida auricula, which poses a low health threat to the general public.

Beijing CDC pointed out that the so-called "super fungus", named Candida auris, is a fungus that can cause serious infection in hospitalized cases. The data show that Candida auricula was discovered only in recent years and was first discovered in Japan in 2009. Through the retrospective detection of stored candida, it first appeared in South Korea in 1996.

According to statistics: At present, there are reports of cases of Candida auricula infection on all continents. As of February 28, 2019, there were 587 confirmed cases in the United States. There have been a few cases reported in China.

According to the Beijing CDC, because healthy people are usually not infected with Candida auricula, Candida auricula poses a low health threat to the general public, and the public need not panic or take special preventive measures.

Who is susceptible to Candida auricula infection? What are the main hazards?

Candida auricula can not only cause symptomatic infection, but also be carried in the body without symptoms. Candida auricula infection mainly involves hospitalized cases, and the high-risk population is patients with severe chronic basic diseases or immunosuppression (such as diabetes, chronic kidney disease, HIV infection, tumor, etc.); Newborns, patients with intubation or indwelling catheter, surgical patients and patients who use broad-spectrum antibiotics or antifungal drugs can also be infected. Healthy people usually don’t get candida auricula. The symptoms caused by Candida auricula depend on the location of infection, including bloodstream infection, wound infection and ear infection. Among them, bloodstream infection is the most serious, and the mortality rate can reach 30-40%.

What are the main treatments for this fungus at present?

At present, the fungus is mainly resistant to fluconazole, but the resistance to other antifungal drugs varies among different strains. At present, there are strains resistant to three main antifungal drugs. Most cases of Candida auricula infection can be treated with echinocandin antifungal agents, and cases of multi-drug resistant Candida auricula infection can be treated with high-dose and multi-antifungal agents.

Academician Chen Runsheng, Chinese Academy of Sciences: There are "emergence" and "epiphany" phenomena in the big language model.

Guangming net news Since the beginning of this year, large language models such as ChatGPT and ERNIE Bot have been popular, and the question of whether artificial intelligence (AI) can surpass human beings has aroused heated discussion. On May 29th, the "2023 China Computing Power Development Seminar" organized by China Intelligent Computing Industry Alliance was held in the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The theme of this seminar is the opportunities and challenges of computing power under ChatGPT, which brings together many authoritative experts and scholars in the industry to conduct in-depth exchanges and discussions from multiple dimensions such as technology and ecology, determine the development trend of the liquidation power industry, and give countermeasures for the current artificial intelligence infrastructure and computing power service construction.

Academician Chen Runsheng, Chinese Academy of Sciences: There are "emergence" and "epiphany" phenomena in the big language model.

At the seminar, Chen Runsheng, an academician of China Academy of Sciences, said that the development of artificial intelligence is unstoppable by human beings, which is the essence of scientific development. At the same time, he pointed out that the phenomena of "Breakthrough" and "Grokking" in the big language model deserve our consideration.

What is "emergence"? A complex system is made up of many tiny individuals, who come together and interact with each other. When the number is large enough, it shows a special phenomenon that can’t be explained by micro-individuals, which is called "emergence". Chen Runsheng vividly explained, "I gave it (the big model) a lot of learning data, and as a result, there will be something in its answer that is not in the learning data. This phenomenon is called emergence." The calculation of a large model shows that when the training data is large (for example, more than 100 billion), there will be an emergence phenomenon, and this phenomenon will not occur when the scale is small.

What needs to be clear is that the emerging phenomenon is controversial in the scientific community at present. For example, a professor at Stanford University thinks this is a metric problem, which involves measurement, basic physical coordinate system and so on.

"Emergence in the process of natural language processing due to the rapid increase of the whole computation is a new problem, which is worth considering," Chen Runsheng said.

What is an epiphany? Chen Runsheng explained, "In the process of training a neural network, you don’t understand it once, twice, the fourth time, and the fifth time. Just like a child learning something, you don’t understand it once or twice, and you suddenly learn it after teaching N+1 times."

He believes that this is a model of human brain learning, "learning to understand at a certain time", "computers can’t have epiphany, but large models will have epiphany."

Not long ago, Claude, one of ChatGPT’s main competitors, expanded the number of tokens in the context window to 100,000, equivalent to 75,000 words, which greatly exceeded the 8192 tokens in the context window of GPT-4. This means that users can upload up to 500 pages of documents to Claude, which can understand and digest the information in less than 1 minute and answer users’ questions based on the uploaded information.

Claude was launched by Anthropic, a company founded by former OpenAI employees. Since the end of 2022, Google has invested nearly $400 million in the company.

In this regard, Chen Runsheng believes that the current learning speed of large models is much faster than we thought. "These two companies (OpenAI and Anthropic) are catching up with each other. Maybe after a while, GPT-5 will be stronger than Claude, and it will develop so fast that people will not catch up in the future."

"What’s more troublesome is that these big model companies are considering manipulating third-party equipment," Chen Runsheng said. "Being able to manipulate third-party equipment is a worrying thing. If you manipulate things related to safety and national defense, it will be terrible."

Chen Runsheng admits that the structure of human neural network is much more complicated than the current big model, and the development of artificial intelligence still has a long way to go. "The current (artificial intelligence) neural network should have revolutionary changes in the spatial structure model. Maybe at that time, (AI) can really surpass human intelligence." @ Jiaxing people, this vaccine has arrived in Jiaxing, so hurry to get it before the epidemic season.

Remember the flu "shock wave" this spring? The resurgence of influenza A (H1N1) subtype caused the school to suspend classes in a large area, and the children who had returned to school were returned home because of the flu. However, the affected children have suffered a lot, and symptoms such as headache, high fever and cough are indispensable, and parents are also worried.

As the weather gets colder and the seasons change alternately, the influenza virus becomes active. Prevent the flu, get vaccinated, now!

What is the flu?

Influenza, referred to as "flu" for short, is usually an acute respiratory infectious disease caused by influenza A or B virus. It is highly contagious and people are generally susceptible. The main manifestations are acute onset, severe systemic symptoms, sudden chills, fever, headache, systemic aches, stuffy nose, runny nose, dry cough, chest pain and other symptoms. Unlike the common cold, influenza is prone to pneumonia. In severe cases, acute respiratory distress syndrome and septicemia may occur, and if not treated in time, it may even lead to death.

Harm of influenza

Influenza brings huge health burden and economic burden to the world every year. According to the estimate of the World Health Organization (WHO), influenza can cause 3-5 million severe cases and 290,000-650,000 respiratory disease-related deaths worldwide every year. More than 90% of the influenza outbreaks reported in China every year occur in schools and kindergartens. School crowds gather, and influenza epidemic will not only lead to large-scale school suspension, parents’ absenteeism, but also aggravate community spread. A study suggests that in 2019, the national influenza-related economic burden was 26.381 billion yuan, accounting for about 0.266% of the GDP of that year.

Who needs to be vaccinated against influenza?

All people over 6 months old who are willing to be vaccinated and have no contraindications can be vaccinated against influenza.

The Technical Guide for Influenza Vaccination in China (2023-2024) gives priority to the following key and high-risk groups for timely vaccination:

1. Medical personnel: including clinical rescue personnel, public health personnel and health and quarantine personnel;

2. Older people aged 60 and over;

3. Suffering from one or more chronic diseases;

4, pension institutions, long-term care institutions, welfare homes and other places where people gather;

5. Pregnant women;

Children aged 6, 6-59 months;

Family members and caregivers of infants under 7 and 6 months old;

8. People in key places: kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, supervision places, etc.

Why do you need to get the flu vaccine every year?

Because the annual flu vaccine is "limited". Influenza virus is a single-stranded, negative-stranded, segmented RNA virus, which is very easy to mutate, and the epidemic strains may be different every year. In order to match the ever-changing influenza virus, one or more strains of influenza vaccine recommended by WHO will be updated in most seasons. Compared with the last flu season, this year’s WHO recommendation replaced the A(H1N1) subtype strain.

In addition, the antibody level after influenza vaccination generally decreases gradually within 6-8 months after vaccination, so vaccination once a year can achieve the best preventive effect.

When is the right time to get the flu vaccine?

Usually after 2-4 weeks of influenza vaccination, antibodies with protective level can be produced. It is best for people over 6 months old to complete influenza vaccination before the local influenza epidemic season every year, and they can also be vaccinated throughout the influenza epidemic season. Vaccination as soon as possible means protection as soon as possible. The peak of influenza in autumn and winter in our city is usually from November to January of the following year. Now vaccination is protected just before the high incidence of influenza!

What’s the difference between trivalent and tetravalent influenza?

The so-called trivalent and tetravalent influenza vaccine refers to the types of influenza virus strains contained in the vaccine.

Low trivalent influenza vaccine coverage strain: H1N1+H3N2+BV

Low tetravalent influenza vaccine coverage strain: H1N1+H3N2+BV+BY.

In addition to the common influenza split vaccine, there is also a live attenuated influenza vaccine by nasal spray, which is absorbed into the body through the nasal mucosa, thus producing mucosal immunity, humoral immunity and cellular immunity, thus achieving the purpose of preventing influenza. The target of vaccination is people aged 3-17. If children are afraid of injections and unwilling to cooperate, try nasal spray vaccination.

There is another big change in this year’s influenza vaccine, that is, the universal tetravalent vaccine for children and adults has appeared for the first time, which has achieved the unification of vaccination dosage forms for infants, adolescents, adults and the elderly, thus effectively improving the convenience of influenza vaccination and expanding the accessibility of vaccines.

The blind boy in Jilin saw the light again. He was stabbed with a sharp knife and played dead to save his life.

The blind boy in Jilin saw the light again. He was stabbed with a sharp knife and played dead to save his life.

A 12-year-old boy in Changchun was blinded by a woman with a sharp knife and pretended to be dead to save his life.

Nandu News reporter Li Rong On October 11th last year, a 12-year-old boy Xiao Shuo (a pseudonym) was visiting the grocery store at home in Bao ‘an Village, Xinli Town, yushu city City, Jilin Province, when he was suddenly attacked by Wang (female), a villager in the same village. He was stabbed dozens of times, his eyes were seriously injured, his right eyeball had been removed, and his left eye was completely blind. After the incident was exposed by the media, it attracted the attention of the whole society. The child’s sentence "What time is it, mom? It’s all dark" has also touched the hearts of people all over the country. An eye hospital in Shenzhen provides free assistance to Xiaoshuo’s family. On October 22 last year, Xiao Shuo went to Shenzhen with his family for treatment, and now he has seen the light again.

The hospital set up an expert group to repair the appearance of Xiaoshuo’s removed right eye, and at the same time, treated Xiaoshuo’s left eye with integrated Chinese and western medicine to help reduce eyeball pressure, promote blood circulation, prevent infection, diminish inflammation and swelling, improve optic nerve function and antioxidant treatment. After more than two months of persistent treatment, Guangming finally came in quietly: Xiaoshuo saw the colored lights decorated on the Christmas tree in the hospital on December 18th, and could distinguish different colors.

"We don’t know how to thank the dean and the hospital staff." Father Zhu Fu said, "I only hope that one day Xiaoshuo will grow up, listen to Dean Lin, study hard and be a useful person to society." When Xiaoshuo was asked about his outlook for the future, he said that he would study hard and hope to be a doctor in the future to help more patients in need.

  Earlier media reports:

A 12-year-old boy was blinded by a woman with a sharp knife when he was alone at home watching the shop.

New Culture News (Reporter after reporter) Yesterday, outside the operating room of the Second Hospital of Jida University, a 50-year-old rural woman’s eyes were glazed, her mouth kept reciting the name of her son Xiaoshuo (a pseudonym), occasionally craning her neck and looking at the closed operating room door … …

Her name is Wang Yuying, from Group 5, Bao ‘an Village, Xinli Town, yushu city. In the operating room a few steps away, her 12-year-old son is undergoing the second operation.

Everything started with the nightmare on the 11th. That morning, she and her husband went out to work, and her 12-year-old son was left in his grocery store to sell goods. Suddenly, he was attacked by Wang, a villager in the same village — — — After Wang knocked Xiaoshuo down with a beer bottle, he took out a sharp knife and stabbed Xiaoshuo’s eyes, chest and abdomen, causing Xiaoshuo’s eyes to be almost blind and his abdomen to penetrate.

By playing dead, the alert Xiaoshuo survived and escaped. Wang ignited the grocery store after the murder, and her body was later found, with a pesticide bottle next to it. At present, yushu city Public Security Bureau is investigating the case.

After a long wait, the news from the operating room made the family sad and happy. The good news is that Xiao Shuo’s life was temporarily saved after two operations lasting for 16 hours. However, this 12-year-old intelligent boy may never see the light again … …

The couple who went out for the autumn harvest received unfortunate news:

"A relative called anxiously and said that his son had an accident at home."

The husband and wife run a grocery store in the village. In addition, they have farm work to do.

At 5 o’clock in the morning on the 11th, just before dawn, Wang Yuying and her husband got up. After breakfast, they packed up and prepared for the autumn harvest. Although there is not much land at home, they can be free as soon as they finish their work.

Just about to go out, Wang, a villager from the same village, came to their home. "Whether to want fertilizer money? 1,000 yuan, you can take it! " Wang Yuying took out 1000 yuan money and handed it to Wang. Wang took the money and looked polite. When he left, he also took away some cigarettes they sent.

"Son, we went to work. Today, you don’t go to school, rest at home, take good care of the grocery store, and be obedient … …”

When she left home, Wang Yuying repeatedly told her 12-year-old son Xiao Shuo, hoping that he would not always play and take care of the grocery store at home.

After arriving at the cornfield not far away, the couple began to work. "It took about half an hour. A relative of my family called anxiously and said that my son had an accident at home, his face was covered with blood, and the house was on fire. Hearing this, we put down the phone and ran home … …”

Recalling that scene, Wang Yuying had a low voice. The couple saw their son lying at the door, his face covered with blood, his house smoking outwards, flames popping out from time to time, and his home and grocery store were slowly being swallowed up by the fire … …

The child recalled the injury intermittently:

"I found that as long as I don’t move, she won’t stab me any more … …”

Wang Yuying and her husband didn’t care about the burning home, so they quickly picked up the child, found a car and took the child to the hospital in yushu city.

My son in my arms is badly hurt, but he is still conscious and groans from time to time … … The journey of more than 10 kilometers is so long at the moment.

On the way, he recalled his injury intermittently — — — Shortly after Wang Yuying and her husband left home, Wang, a villager who had just taken away 1000 yuan, came back. She walked into the grocery store and found Xiaoshuo alone in the room. First, she asked Xiaoshuo to bring her a bottle of beer, and then she asked for a bag of peanuts, which Xiaoshuo did.

"Bring me another ice cream … …” Upon hearing this, Xiaoshuo went straight to the refrigerator of the grocery store. At this time, Wang suddenly lifted the beer bottle, a bottle knocked Xiaoshuo to the ground, and then took out a sharp knife from his body and stabbed Xiaoshuo’s eyes, chest and abdomen. Xiaoshuo struggled to stop Wang’s murder with his hands, and his tendons were cut by a sharp knife.

"I was scared at that time. She stabbed me with a knife. I started to fight with her, but I found that as long as I didn’t move, she wouldn’t stab me any more … …”

Xiaoshuo recalled that in order to survive, he began to play dead. After Wang stabbed Xiaoshuo several times, he found that he was no longer moving, so he stopped hurting Xiaoshuo.

After a while, the child heard the sound of gas leakage from the kitchen, and had a premonition that there might be more misfortune. Having lost sight of things, he began to grope by feeling and slowly climbed to the door. I don’t know how long it took, but he climbed outside the door. At this time, a fire was burning in the home behind him.

"I guess she thought she had stabbed her son to death, and then she came to my kitchen, opened the liquefied gas tank, set the liquefied gas on fire, and burned the whole house … …” Wang Yuying was crying, and her emotions were almost out of control.

The attending doctor said that he had done his best:

"We can only try our best to save his life … … His eyes have zero vision and are almost blind. "

After the child was sent to yushu city Hospital, the doctor said that it was incurable and he had to go to a big hospital in Changchun. Therefore, the family quickly rushed to Changchun with Xiaoshuo, and finally came to the Eye Hospital of the Second Hospital of Jida University.

Wang Yuying said: "The child also has injuries, but the eyes are the most important. We hope to cure the child’s eyes first … …”

At 1 o’clock in the afternoon on the 11th, they arrived at the Eye Hospital of the Second Hospital of Jida University. At 4 o’clock in the afternoon, the child began to undergo surgery. At 11: 58 that night, Xiaoshuo was pushed out of the operating room.

After a long wait of 8 hours, at the moment when Xiaoshuo was pushed out of the operating room, the family quickly gathered around: "How are the children’s eyes, doctor?"

Doctor Huang Dafu sighed and said that Xiaoshuo’s eyes were badly hurt, and they had done their best.

Dr. Huang said that the optic nerve and four muscles in the fundus of Xiaoshuo’s right eye have been cut off by a knife, and the eyeball is prominent, so there is no possibility of recovery. Therefore, the right eye has been removed. At the same time, Xiaoshuo’s left eye optic nerve was seriously damaged, his vision was zero, and his pupils were dilated. The doctor temporarily restored it to its original state, but it is still impossible to judge what it can be restored after treatment.

He said that if it is not infected, the best degree may be to see a glimmer of light; If the infection and recovery are not good, then the left eyeball must also be removed. "From the current situation, the doctor can only try his best to save his life, and the operation is more difficult. As a result, his binocular vision is zero and he is almost blind."

What caused this tragedy? The boy’s mother said:

"It’s because of a little contracted land that it’s really not … …”

Why did Xiao Shuo suffer this accident? Wang Yuying shed tears from time to time. "It’s really not because of a little contracted land. We didn’t care, but people cared, and it hurt my son … …”

Wang Yuying introduced that the perpetrator Wang was in his 50 s this year, his hometown was in Heilongjiang, his husband died in his early years, and a son was in the field. After returning to the village alone, he had been living in a friend’s house for a year.

"After returning to the village, she and the village had a bit of a land contract dispute. Later, the village contracted the half hectare of land to our family, but she disagreed and has been worried. "

In the spring of this year, Wang secretly applied fertilizer to this field in advance, but later, Wang Yuying and her husband still wanted the cultivated land back. "We can’t let people fertilize us in vain. On the morning of the incident, she just came to get fertilizer money. We also gave her a few cigarettes, but no one could think of it. She still couldn’t get around this corner and laid hands on my children!"

After stabbing Xiaoshuo and setting fire to the house, Wang ran to the backyard of Wang Yuying’s house and smashed all the window glass of the backyard house. "Later I heard that she ran to my barn and committed suicide by drinking medicine!" Wang Yuying said.

For the perpetrator Wang, most villagers are reluctant to mention it. A villager said that after Wang returned to the village, he was not very willing to talk, and there was no excessive behavior at ordinary times. Everyone really couldn’t figure out how she could do such an incomprehensible thing.

I have borrowed more than 70,000 yuan to save the children, and all the money and things at home have been burned, and there is not a penny left on me … …

The mother hopes that good people can help her son.

At 4 o’clock in the morning yesterday, after undergoing binocular surgery, Xiaoshuo was once again sent to the operating room of hand and foot surgery to perform surgery on his injured hands and chest. After another 8 hours of surgery, at 12 noon on the 12th, Xiaoshuo was pushed out of the operating room.

The doctor said that the child had a broken tendon in both hands, a penetrating wound in the abdomen and multiple stab wounds in the chest. After the operation, the child is no longer in danger, but it needs to be observed in the ICU ward.

"This child has a pair of talking eyes. This time, his eyes were injured, and his big eyes were blind!" When interviewed by new culture reporters, some villagers were very sorry. They said that Xiao Shuo was in the sixth grade in the primary school in his village, and his academic performance was not bad. He was usually obedient and never made his parents angry.

"This really shouldn’t happen!" A villager sighed. He recalled that after the incident, Xiaoshuo climbed out of the burning house by himself. After climbing to the door, the child did not cry, but cried "Mom" with heartbreak.

At present, more things worry the family: their living conditions are average, including half a hectare of contracted land, and there are seven or eight acres of cultivated land at home. This grocery store is also the main source of income for their family.

"My son was injured and admitted to the hospital. Our family has already paid more than 70,000 yuan. All the money was borrowed by relatives and friends. All the money and things at home were burned, and there was no penny on me!" Wang Yuying cried and said, "The world is still so big and beautiful. I hope my son can still see this beautiful world, really … …”

According to the WeChat news of Freezing Point Weekly, on April 28th, 17 "Epidemic Prevention Dabai" in Shanghai were forced to leave Dejinyuan Community in Pudong New Area after receiving wages and subsidies that had been owed for nearly one month. That night, the rain cooled in Shanghai, and they slept under a bridge in a nearby park.

"Epidemic Prevention" is their standard title on the local official attendance sheet. For more than a month, they didn’t know how to define their identity. Nominally, they are called "volunteers" by residents and residents’ committee staff. In fact, they are "migrant workers" in the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic in Shanghai, and they are recruited as "epidemic prevention security guards" through security companies and intermediaries.

A number of security guards reported to the reporter of China Youth Daily and China Youth Network that they had encountered problems such as "deceptive recruitment", loss of team leader, and arrears of salary subsidies.

be cheated

More than 10 interviewed players thought they were cheated to Dejinyuan Community.

Zhang lei used to work in Baoshan District, Shanghai. After the outbreak of the epidemic, the factory stopped working. He saw an intermediary named "Yang" posting job information in the recruitment group.

The recruitment information requires that there must be a nucleic acid certificate within 48 hours, and the site management arrangement must be obeyed, so that the community can be unsealed. The conditions are: 250 yuan/day, 12-hour accommodation, and salary settlement. The work address only says "Community near Beicai Town, Pudong New Area".

Zhang lei said that the working hours promised by the intermediary at that time were 3 to 15 days.

Similar recruitment information appeared in large numbers after the outbreak. The reporter saw in a number of Shanghai recruitment groups and odd jobs that in late April, the recruitment information was still maintained at dozens of posts every day, mostly involving epidemic situations: epidemic prevention and security, cleaning, killing team members, volunteers for epidemic control, group buying WeChat group business promoters, and secret transfer security guards.

The so-called "inner perimeter" refers to working in the sealed control area. Zhang lei called specifically to ask whether there were positive infected people in the work area. The other party said that "there is no positive, only secret connection" and asked him for his name and mobile phone number to complete the registration.

Zhang lei bluntly said that he cares about whether there are positive people because they can’t stand the lost working hours after isolation.

"We are migrant workers, and we really came out to work during the epidemic to make money." Zhang lei said that they work in the factory, and the nature of their work is odd jobs. They rarely sign full-time contracts, and they are basically converted into "hourly jobs" through labor agencies, which means that once they stop working, they have no income.

"But the mortgage in our hometown has not stopped, and the elderly and children are waiting to raise, and there are many expenses." Zhang lei said that they can’t be idle.

Ma Jiangming is also concerned about whether there are positive infected people in the workplace when applying for the job. In February of this year, he just came to Shanghai from other places to work, and he heard that Beicai had rushed over to recruit workers.

On March 22nd, Zhang lei and other five people arrived at their residence-Chen Qiao Neighborhood Committee of Beicai Town in Dejinyuan Community. At this time, they learned that Dejinyuan had positive infections in mid-March, and some of them had not yet been transported.

At this point, they can’t actually leave, either wear protective clothing to work or stay in the closed control area. "There must be a door to go out of the community, even if it is out of the community, how to leave Pudong is also a problem."

After the intermediary sent them to the door of the community, they disappeared and the group chat was dissolved. Until now, Zhang lei didn’t know the real name of "Yang", only remembered that the other party was a "young man" and a mobile phone number belonging to Shanghai.

By the end of March, a total of 22 people had stayed in Dejinyuan Community, becoming "the white of internal insurance and epidemic prevention". They live in an activity room on the second floor of Chen Qiao residents’ committee. There is only one spring bed, and the other 21 people play on the floor.

Their task in Dejinyuan is to maintain the order of the positive building and nucleic acid detection in the community, dissuade residents who try to get out of the building, and send safeguard materials to the door of the positive infected person.

In the first two weeks, they have to deal with the diverse needs of residents in the community. In the eyes of residents, they are not ordinary migrant workers. "Those of us who wear protective clothing are the nearest epidemic prevention workers".

"At that time, the residents of the community were also very difficult. In addition to making money, everyone wanted to help the trapped residents do something." Team member Zhang Changshun told reporters that he was one of the first people who came to support the community on March 18th. He used to be a security guard in a nearby community and was temporarily transferred to Dejinyuan.

go missing

The salary first went wrong in early April.

The salary of more than 200 yuan for 12 hours is not high in Shanghai. Zhang Changshun said that his original security salary was more than 200 yuan a day, but it was higher than usual to be able to work "even shifts" during the epidemic.

"Working overtime" means going to work day and night. For example, the reporter saw that a recruitment information directly stated that "working overtime" was allowed, 12 hours /200 yuan, 24 hours/400 yuan and 48 hours/800 yuan.

Zhang Changshun, Ma Jiangming and others just arrived, which is called "Lian Ban". Stay on duty for 12 hours in front of the building, with a daily salary of 240-260 yuan; 24 hours on the job, double it. In the early days, two people were in charge of a building, and they could take turns to rest when they were not busy at night.

The form of "continuous shift" lasted for about a week and was cancelled. It was changed to 12 hours a day and 6 hours overtime.

On April 5th in Dejinyuan, the column of overtime hours was changed from 12 hours to 6 hours. The daily attendance sheet is stamped with the official seal of Chen Qiao Resident Committee of Beicai Town, Pudong New Area.

"This is equivalent to reducing salary in disguise." Zhang lei said that with the outbreak of the epidemic, the number of positive buildings in the community increased. In the later period, there were 14 buildings with positive infections, and there were insufficient manpower. One person looked at two buildings. "The treatment has declined and the workload has increased."

The intermediary promised to pay wages within 15 days. Originally, their attendance and wages were the responsibility of the team leader Chen Yiwei. After Chen Yiwei delayed the issuance many times, on April 26, he suddenly lost contact.

After the news came out, some residents of Dejinyuan were worried.

As the epidemic prevention security guards went to defend their rights, the building was unattended. A resident saw his neighbor living in the closed building go out of his house, worried that the epidemic prevention achievements would be "destroyed once and there was no hope of unsealing", and called on everyone to contribute to solving the wage arrears problem of "epidemic prevention" in the community WeChat group.

"Chen Yiwei’s running must have been thought out early and premeditated." Zhang Changshun said that on April 19th, Chen Yiwei borrowed 1000 yuan money from him, saying that he needed money.

Chen Yiwei is the "biggest spender" in the team. His money is mainly used for "dumping materials" in Dejinyuan.

A number of team members said that Chen Yiwei got milk, coke, sprite, cigarettes, alcohol and other materials, and then sold them to residents and team members at high prices. This kind of materials once belonged to "rare goods" in the closed control area.

Many residents who bought materials from Chen Yiwei kept transfer records. Some residents told reporters that a bottle of alcohol with a market price of more than 40 yuan would cost more than 200 yuan from Chen Yiwei. A daily price of 110 yuan cigarettes, from Chen Yiwei’s hand to increase the price of 100 yuan.

On April 24th, the number of times that Chen Yiwei borrowed money reached a peak, and he kept borrowing money from the team members and some residents of Dejinyuan Community. According to incomplete statistics, nearly 10 players borrowed more than 9000 yuan from Chen Yiwei. The number of loans borrowed by residents is unknown.

Chen Yiwei once borrowed a battery car from Wei, a resident of the community. A team member said that he saw Chen Yiwei "running away by bike". At the same time, Chen Yiwei took away 21 players with a total living expenses of 21,000 yuan.

Since April 26, the team members have repeatedly called Chen Yiwei’s mobile phone number and WeChat, but they can’t get through. Before the press release, the reporter dialed Chen Yiwei’s mobile phone number, and the other party showed that it was turned off.

ask for help

After learning about it, some residents of Dejinyuan also spontaneously called and posted online posts for help and rights protection.

On April 27th, Zhang lei was called to the door by three strangers, who told him to stop making trouble.

Zhang lei and other team members called 12345, 12333, 12348 and other hotlines to report and reported to the police.

After the intervention of Beicai Town Government, two staff members who claimed to be Shanghai Yishen Security Company came to negotiate with them to pay the arrears of wages. One is called Dang Man Min, and the other is Zhuo.

Party Manchu paid 21 epidemic prevention security guards the salary and overtime allowance before April 26th, calculated as 18 hours per day, and asked them to remain on duty.

The players were divided into several groups and received wages and subsidies from the party and the people. Photo courtesy of respondents

They are worried about future problems and hope to sign a written employment agreement. On the evening of April 28th, a new captain came to the community, saying that new personnel would join in and asked the original epidemic prevention security guards to make room. In the end, 17 members including Ma Jiangming left Dejinyuan Community in the rain.

On May 1st, a person in charge of the Chen Qiao neighborhood committee in Beicai Town told the reporter of Zhongqingbao. com that the problems reflected by the "Great White Epidemic Prevention" had been solved, and 17 people left for "transferring posts" and "changing to other communities".

He said that it is not clear whether these "big whites" come from intermediary companies or security companies. "They are all operated from above and have nothing to do with the Jucun Committee." They are only responsible for the reception of personnel after they come in. "Other things don’t matter."

The relevant departments of Shanghai told the reporter of Zhongqing Daily and Zhongqing.com that Pudong New Area has been involved in handling this matter. The reporter asked the relevant departments of Pudong New Area, Beicai Town and Shanghai Yishen Security Company about the situation. As of press time, no response was received.

Zhang lei and others denied "post adjustment".

They can’t rest under the bridge in the park any longer. On April 29, the city management unit inspected. "I heard that someone reported us." Ma Jiang said.

Four of them found a hotel, "beds, 40 to 50 yuan per person a day". The rest are going to stay under the bridge for two days.

Ma Jiang said that it has been raining for many days in Shanghai, and it is difficult to find places where no one lives, such as bridge opening, corridors and underground garages, and so on, until you find a job.

On the evening of 29th, Zhang lei told the reporter a "good news"-he and three workmates "came out of Pudong New Area". They found a taxi with a pass through the introduction of friends with channels. From Beicai Town to Baoshan District, the whole journey is about 38 kilometers, and each person is in 300 yuan. Four people paid the driver a total of 1200 yuan.

Ma Jiangming found a new job through an intermediary. "I still do epidemic prevention and help doctors who do nucleic acid testing’ label’. "He repeatedly confirmed the information to the intermediary, and the intermediary made a guarantee," 400 yuan can have a normal rest one day and at night ".

They walked 3 kilometers to the work place and found that there was no doctor there, only an isolation point under construction. "Let’s build a shed and be cheated again."

That night, they found an underground garage in a shopping mall and planned to spend the night there. When they went inside, they found that it was occupied. There is no one on the second and third floors of the safe passage, where they make a floor and temporarily settle down.

(At the request of the respondents, Zhang lei, Ma Jiangming and Zhang Changshun are all pseudonyms.)

Original title: 17 epidemic prevention security guards in Shanghai were cheated, and now they spend the night under the bridge and in the corridor.

Jiang Zhiqiang’s film enlightenment came from adult films and was deeply influenced by Miyazaki Hayao.

Andy Lau, Jiang Zhiqiang.
Jiang Zhiqiang’s film legend is matched by his low-key personality. He rarely shows up in public and is rarely interviewed by the media. Few people know that his "movie enlightenment" came from adult movies, that he was a "rich second generation" who only knew how to eat, drink and be merry every day before the age of 30, that he was a "workaholic" who talked with people about movies during holidays, and that he was a "thrifty man" who only took economy class on business trips.

Film enlightenment

Go abroad with my father to buy movies and watch adult movies at the age of 13.

Jiang Zhiqiang was born in Hong Kong in 1953. His father Cho-Toi Kong was a famous film distributor at that time. He started to work as an assistant manager in a Broadway cinema in Mong Kok in 1959, and later established Anle Film Company. Jiang Zhiqiang’s brother, Zhiwen Jiang, was the helm of Anle Film Company in 1980s. In 1980, the documentary "Bitter War" edited and produced set a new record for Hong Kong movies with Jackie Chan’s box office of nearly 10 million Hong Kong dollars.

Jiang Zhiqiang, who was born in a movie family, watched movies in the cinema where his father was the manager since he was a child. He also followed his father to buy films all over the world. Regarding Jiang Zhiqiang’s film "Enlightenment Education", people in the circle have always talked about that he followed his father to Denmark to buy a film when he was 13 years old, and watched the first erotic art film in his life. "My father likes to take children with him, so he took me and my sister with him when he went to buy films. At that time, he went to the cinema to watch adult films, and people refused to let him take two children in, so my father showed a guest card and said ‘ I’m here to buy a film, and I can’t leave my child outside ’ 。” So, Jiang Zhiqiang followed his father to watch the first adult film in his life. After watching it, his father rushed to ask him "How was it?". But at that time, Jiang Zhiqiang just watched an adult film in a daze. He didn’t know that his future life would be closely linked with movies.

Movie awakening

Doing nothing before the age of 30, influenced by Miyazaki Hayao after the age of 30.

Dad and brother are both filmmakers. It seems that Jiang Zhiqiang should go abroad to watch movies, and then come back to take over his father’s film career, but the "legendary" story will never follow the established track. Some people say that Jiang Zhiqiang was an idle "rich second generation" before the age of 30, but he still did not forget to laugh at himself: "Where there is no rich second generation, my father is not so rich." It is an indisputable fact that Jiang Zhiqiang was really a loser before he was 30 years old. When he was young, he was not interested in movies. He didn’t study abroad as a film major, and his academic performance was not good. "I didn’t know what I was going to do before I was 30 years old. I played pranks outside all day. What I was most addicted to was betting on horses and playing mahjong, but how could I win by gambling?" Finally, one day, Jiang Zhiqiang found that he had nothing to do. He began to buy and sell movies in his father’s company, and he was fascinated with movies from then on until he officially took over the power of Anle Film Kingdom from his retired father in 1989.

But what really awakened Jiang Zhiqiang was a failed experience, and there was also a movie master who had a far-reaching influence on him. When Jiang Zhiqiang saw an American cartoon in his father’s company, he spent a lot of money to promote it. His cinema only showed this cartoon, but he was defeated by Hollywood blockbusters in the same period and lost a lot of money. That failure touched Jiang Zhiqiang so much that he decided to make a comeback. Later, he saw Miyazaki Hayao’s, "I decided to buy it after watching it. This movie made a lot of money. It can be said that Miyazaki Hayao had the greatest influence on me. His films brought my career to a peak. Later, I released ten films in Miyazaki Hayao, and I became good friends with him. "

Film persistence

Pulling people to talk about movies during the holidays has so far been alone.

As for Jiang Zhiqiang’s film story, we all know that he made a desperate investment in films and so on, and since then he has knocked on the door for Chinese films to enter overseas. We also know that he invested in the works of new directors regardless of the return and became a "bole" for a group of young filmmakers. In addition to being in charge of Anle Film Company, Jiang Zhiqiang also owns Hong Kong Broadway Cinema Line. Although he doesn’t have to worry about the management and operation of the cinema at all, going to the cinema to watch movies is his weekly homework. "I will go two or three times a week, because the audience sitting next to me is the boss, and they will tell you what to shoot." Jiang Zhiqiang also invested in art cinemas because of his personal complex. The Broadway Film Center in Yau Ma Tei and the Contemporary MOMA Broadway Film Center in Beijing have become sacred places for young artists to worship, but the cinemas are still losing money today. "See how long you can last, and how much you will lose in the end."

Because of his obsession with movies, Jiang Zhiqiang is an out-and-out workaholic. He was even exposed to calling colleagues to discuss the script during the Spring Festival one year. Of course, this joke spread to boss Jiang himself and felt a little exaggerated, but he still sincerely said, "Once you find your own ‘ Love ’ I will think of it all the time. In Hong Kong and the Mainland, when you think of something, you will find someone to talk to. There is no one to talk to abroad, so I am glad that someone is as enthusiastic about work as you and is willing to talk to you. " Jiang Zhiqiang is in love with movies, but he is still alone, unmarried and childless. Obviously, such a life is not complete, but he calmly faces: "There are always many regrets in life. It is your luck to find something you like, but who doesn’t have regrets?" So I never compare with others. Now the most important thing in life is happiness. "

Film economy

Small companies save money and insist on flying economy class on business trips.

In the spotlight, Jiang Zhiqiang and Anle’s films reflect a series of legendary movie stories, but today, Jiang Zhiqiang still keeps a low profile, and his "small company" has always maintained a scale of about 50 people, and only invests and distributes movies. Compared with listed companies such as Huayi and Bona, Anle didn’t even set foot in a star broker. At the beginning, Tang Wei and Kwai Lun Mei were only signed as friends to help. "What if a listed company has to face shareholders and make a movie that doesn’t make money? Our small company can explain itself. "

Boss Jiang’s film kingdom insists on being "small" rather than "big". He is cautious when dealing with investment, and even pursues "frugality" in his daily life. Insiders often accuse Boss Jiang of being "stingy". Andy Lau joined forces with Jiang Zhiqiang to invest this time, but even Liu Tianwang wanted to make additional investment, which was three requests and four demands. Finally, he took out a piece of money to become a shareholder. Boss Jiang is also famous for his "careful calculation". He insists on taking economy class on business trips on weekdays: "I am used to sleeping by plane. For example, it takes only two and a half hours to get from Hong Kong to Shanghai. What kind of location makes no difference to me. Of course, if I fly abroad for a long time, I will choose business class, but I can’t fly first class because I am the boss. "

Guangzhou Winter Solstice and New Year’s Day, Cuisine Celebrates Reunion

Guangzhou Winter Solstice New Year’s Eve Food Celebration Reunion At 5: 48: 01 on December 22, 2022, the winter solstice, the shortest day and the longest night, will be ushered in again. During the Zhou Dynasty, the month of the winter solstice was the first month. In the Han Dynasty, the winter solstice was called "Winter Festival". From the Han Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty, the winter solstice was "as big as a year" or "as inferior as a year". The custom of celebrating the winter solstice has influenced to this day. People in Guangzhou celebrate the Winter Solstice with great solemnity, which is known as "the Winter Solstice is a big New Year" and "the fat winter is a thin year". How time flies, no matter how the times change and the weather changes, Guangzhou people spend the winter solstice with a sense of ceremony: the ancestor worship, the sweet and delicious glutinous rice balls, and the steaming stove are all warm and reunion memories written by Guangzhou people. Tracing back to the history of "Winter Solstice", "Winter Solstice" is indeed true in history. Because "year" is the product of calendar, only when the calendar is made can the year be calculated. To calculate the calendar of a year, we must first set a starting point for calculation, called epoch. Legend has it that the Yellow Emperor ordered people to observe the movement of the sun, the moon and the stars, and made the first calendar in China, Huangdi Calendar, with the winter solstice of Jiazi on the eleventh lunar month as the yuan day. From this perspective, there is a winter solstice and then a year, so "the winter solstice is a big New Year". In the Yellow Emperor, November of the lunar calendar was the first month, and the winter solstice was the beginning of the year. The winter solstice was equal to the Chinese New Year. "New Year in Winter", a family dinner with a traditional sense of ceremony, entrusted a beautiful vision of family reunion. During the nearly 800 years of the Zhou Dynasty,The weekly calendar also takes November of the lunar calendar where the winter solstice is located as the first month, and the winter solstice is very grand. "Zhouyi" says: "The first king and even the Japanese closed their doors, and business travel was not good, and they were not provincial." That is to say, during the Zhou Dynasty, on the winter solstice, the frontier fortress was closed, officials did not work, businessmen did not do business, and everyone had a holiday. Secondly, the winter solstice is a solar term, and the 24 solar terms are part of the solar calendar in the lunar calendar, which was originally obtained by the method of "vertical pole surveying", based on the sun. The "year" is derived from the lunar calendar in the lunar calendar, and the first day of the first month of each year is determined according to the cycle of the moon orbiting the earth. The sun is sunny and the moon is cloudy, which can be understood as "the winter solstice is a big New Year". On the winter solstice, the day is the shortest and the night is the longest in the northern hemisphere. In the eyes of the ancients, the winter solstice is the starting point of the transformation of Yin and Yang. After the winter solstice, the days will get longer and the yang will rise, which is a new beginning. This is an important day when the cathode reaches, and the yang will begin to grow. Therefore, Hanshu said: "The sun is the spirit on the winter solstice, and the monarch is long, so congratulations. On the summer solstice, the yin qi rises and the monarch disappears, so I don’t congratulate you. " It is considered that the winter solstice is an auspicious day and should be celebrated. Festivals The Winter Solstice in the Han Dynasty is called the "Winter Festival", and the Tang and Song Dynasties have a seven-day holiday, which is like the Chinese New Year. Now, on this day of the Winter Solstice every year, the online "North-South dispute" begins: Do you want to eat glutinous rice balls or jiaozi? In fact, Chinese’s winter solstice is not just about eating and drinking. The winter solstice has a long history from solar terms to Chinese festivals. In the first year of Emperor Wudi of the Han Dynasty (104 BC), taichu calendar was used, and the first month was designated as the beginning of the year, separating the first month from the winter solstice. But the custom of He Dong still follows. In the Han Dynasty, the winter solstice was called the "Winter Festival". The custom of festivals is similar to that of the Zhou Dynasty. In addition to offering sacrifices to heaven and having holidays, there are also "winter worship" and "winter greetings". "History of Etiquette in the Later Han Dynasty" records: "Before and after the Winter Solstice, a gentleman lived quietly, refused to listen to politics, chose auspicious days and then saved trouble." It can be seen that around the winter solstice in the Han Dynasty, the imperial court stopped government affairs and concentrated on "He Dong". From the Han Dynasty to the late Qing Dynasty, the winter solstice was "as big as the year" or "as small as the year". During the Wei and Jin Dynasties, every winter solstice, the emperor was "congratulated by all nations and hundreds of people … and his appearance was inferior to that of the old dynasty." The solemnity of the "He Dong" ceremony is second only to the New Year celebration on the first day of the first month. Since then, the winter solstice has been known as the "Asian Year". The night before the first day of the first month is called New Year’s Eve, and the night before the winter solstice is called "winter removal". The "Golden Week" in the Tang Dynasty is the winter solstice and the Spring Festival. Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty promulgated the national decree "False Ning Order", saying, "Yuan Zheng and Winter Solstice are given seven days off each." For the first time, it is stipulated that the "Winter Solstice Festival" holiday will be extended to seven days, which is also an important manifestation of the prosperity of the "Winter Solstice Festival". The Winter Solstice Festival in the Song Dynasty also had a seven-day holiday, "Winter Solstice is like Chinese New Year". "Dream of Tokyo" has such a record: "November winter solstice. The capital attaches the most importance to this festival. Although it reaches the poor, it is easier to get new clothes, prepare meals and enjoy the ancestors in a year. Officials let go and celebrate exchanges, just like the New Year Festival. " The Ming Dynasty’s "A Brief Introduction to the Scenery of the Imperial Capital" introduced the grand occasion of Beijing’s winter solstice at that time: on the winter solstice in November, a hundred officials of civil and military affairs, He Donghou, wore auspicious costumes for three consecutive days and worshipped each other with red notes, just like the New Year. During the Qing dynasty,The winter solstice is still very grand among the people. Qing Jia Lu is a monograph that systematically records the folk life in the south of the Yangtze River at the age of 18, in which it is written that "the county people attach the most importance to the winter solstice festival" and "the winter solstice is as big as a year." In 214 BC, Qin Shihuang ordered Ren Xiao and Zhao Tuo to unify Lingnan, saying that "books are the same, cars are on the same track, degrees are the same, lines are the same, and places are the same", and the winter solstice originated in the Central Plains took root in Lingnan. During the Tang, Song and Yuan Dynasties, along Zhuji Lane, people from the Central Plains moved into Guangfu several times on a large scale, and the custom of the winter solstice spread further, and it was very grand. In 1956, the report on the Winter Solstice published in Guangzhou Daily recorded that in the old days, Guangzhou people had a set of "rules" full of "Cantonese flavor" for celebrating the Winter Solstice: worshipping ancestors, eating glutinous rice, cooking glutinous rice with preserved meat, killing chickens and ducks and stewing eight treasures (referring to stewing eight rare and precious cooking materials, the specific meaning of which varies with the times and regions). According to the Collection of China Local Records and Folklore Data (Zhongnan Volume), almost all the "folk customs at the age of one year" in Guangdong local chronicles are written around the world to celebrate the winter solstice, and every family in Guangfu area regards it as as as big as a year. Different from the north, the weather in Guangfu is hot and humid in spring and summer, and warm in autumn and winter, and winter can only be truly felt until the winter solstice, so Lingnan people have taken the greatest enthusiasm to welcome the winter solstice: people who have been working in the four places have come home to reunite; The way of eating has also changed from the usual cooking mode of clearing away heat to "a side furnace", which has opened a rare opportunity to make up for winter. In ancient times, the winter solstice was an important day to worship the gods and ancestors. On this day, the emperor will hold a grand ceremony to worship heaven in the suburbs, and the common people will also worship their ancestors and pray for good weather in the coming year, and then sit around and eat, just like a New Year. Therefore, the winter solstice is also known as the "small year". Lingnan literature also talks about the tradition of the winter solstice, such as "Zengcheng County Records" (an increased edition in the tenth year of Tongzhi in the Qing Dynasty): "The winter solstice is a feast to worship ancestors"; "New Records of Conghua County" (the first year of Qing Xuantong): "On the winter solstice of the mid-winter month, families worship their ancestors and celebrate the lawsuit, such as the story of’ Yuanri’". The winter solstice in Guangzhou is very grand. "Huaxian County Records" (a block-printed edition in the 16th year of Guangxu reign in Qing Dynasty) said that "the winter solstice is celebrated by scholars and husbands. From the beginning of the day to the beginning of the day, the folk custom worships the ancestors and the Yanke, which is especially heavy than other festivals. It is called the group winter to offer a meal. " Nowadays, many older people in Guangzhou still regard ancestor worship on the winter solstice as the most important custom on this day. Cao Popo, who lives in Shabei Village, Baiyun District, has always followed the old ceremony. Every year before the winter solstice, she will buy shad in advance. "Marinate shad with salt, fry the shad skin until golden brown, seal it with plastic wrap and put it in a rice jar, which is called’ pressing winter’." On the day of the winter solstice, she will get up early to get fish, which means that there is more than enough money every year, and then put all the offerings such as roasted meat, winter oranges and glutinous rice balls in the hall to worship her ancestors. "In the past, the days were tight. After completing the ancestor worship ceremony, some of the offerings were robbed by the children to become breakfast and eaten into the stomach." Cao Popo said with a smile that life is getting better and better now, and grandchildren are no longer rare for offering sacrifices to their ancestors. The most important thing to spend the winter solstice is "group winter" (reunion). If the ancients did not reunite with their families on the winter solstice, they were often unhappy.Su Shi once wrote "A Lonely Visit to Jixiang Temple on the Winter Solstice Day": "The sunshine at the bottom of the well has not returned, and the rustling cold rain is wet and withered. Who is more like Master Su, not willing to come alone when he spends time? " Just four sentences, a total of 28 words, describe Su Shi’s inner helplessness. Although Su Shi wants to go back to his hometown to reunite with his family and spend the Winter Solstice Festival together, the real life makes him very helpless, so he has to go to Jixiang Temple alone to play. Sitting around "Tuandong", hot meals warm the stomach and heart. For Laoguang, in winter, glutinous rice balls and preserved glutinous rice are essential! "Every family makes glutinous rice balls, knowing that it is the winter solstice of the Ming Dynasty." According to legend, the original form of glutinous rice balls is a popular snack "Yuan (Yuan) Zi" in Song Dynasty, which is recorded in Dream of Tokyo. When the children finish eating a bowl of sweet glutinous dumplings, the mother often fills another bowl, saying that this is called "adding new year". The New Year has not passed, but it has grown up by one year! The round glutinous rice balls symbolize reunion and perfection, and also place a good vision for life in the coming year. According to a survey, people in Guangzhou love black sesame stuffing, glutinous rice balls stuffed with bean paste and peanut stuffing. Little one learns to make dumplings. Some families in Guangzhou will also specially cook glutinous rice with preserved meat. The ingredients of preserved glutinous rice are very rich, including mushrooms, shrimps, scallops, sausages and other ingredients. Waxy glutinous rice bears the imprint of family. When many people in Guangzhou were young, their elders made it for the holidays. Whenever a wanderer eats glutinous rice outside, he often thinks of a family sitting happily together and eating a bowl of warm waxy glutinous rice to drive away the cold.Talking about the time. Food evaluation Lao Yibo said, why do southerners eat more glutinous rice products during the winter solstice? He believes that, first, glutinous rice is sticky and has the meaning of "reunion" that tightly sticks the family; Moreover, glutinous rice has a high calorie, and eating a portion of glutinous rice in winter is more "hungry" than a bowl of rice. Pan Jianming, vice president of Guangdong Folk Culture Research Association, said that in Guangzhou 40 or 50 years ago, every household still needed to make their own small cakes by hand. Every winter solstice, zhu cun’s neighbors generally like to make meat buns, candy pills or powdered fruit. Eating nine baskets and sitting around the edge furnace is a reunion day on the winter solstice, and there is no shortage of reunion dinner. The winter solstice is difficult to attract the attention of modern people because there is no public holiday. However, in the evening, Cantonese people are still willing to get together and enjoy the reunion dinner. "In the past, most families chose to cook at home, but now they are more willing to go to restaurants for dinner, saving trouble." Feng Yi, who lives in Xihua Road, told reporters that the memory of her childhood winter solstice is inseparable from a reunion dinner. Usually, her mother cooks, kills chickens and geese in advance, buys roast meat, preserves shad, and adds fans, shrimp, fish eggs, mushrooms, radishes and other materials to make nine vegetarian dishes, and then puts them into the "octagonal bowl" with rooster patterns. "Nine dishes not only mean a long time, but also show the importance of festivals. Feng Yi said that the conditions were poor at that time, and there were usually nothing to eat, so everyone was particularly looking forward to the arrival of the winter solstice. "At the end of eating, even the stew in the bowl would be licked clean." But now, her family is used to eating the winter solstice reunion dinner in the restaurant, thinking it is worry-free and time-saving.In addition to the nine baskets, it is freezing in the winter solstice, and the edge furnace has become the best choice for Guangzhou to drive away the cold. In Guangzhou, the history of "edge furnace" goes back to ancient times. In fact, the history of edge-beating furnace in Lingnan has been nearly two thousand years. Various bronze dings were unearthed in the tomb of Nanyue King, including: Chinese bronze dings with short hoof feet, Yue bronze dings with flat straight feet, and Chu bronze dings with high hoof feet. The most noteworthy one is the Chinese bronze dings with the word "Fanyu". Every winter, the King of Nanyue can invite several courtiers to get together, enjoy singing and dancing bells and chimes, and enjoy various delicacies, and at the same time, don’t forget to have a few drinks with a rhinoceros horn-shaped jade cup. In the Qing Dynasty, Guangdong Tongzhi appeared: "Surround the stove on the winter solstice and eat it as a side stove." According to the explanation of "Guangzhou Benzi", eating hot pot and rinsing is like "beating", and because people are standing by the stove and eating food while rinsing, it is called "edge furnace". What ingredients do you use for the edge furnace? The food structure and eating style of Guangfu people who spend the winter solstice also have distinct regional characteristics. Because Guangfu area is surrounded by rivers and seas and rich in aquatic products, its food structure reflects the characteristics of products in large rivers and seas. Guangzhou people love to eat raw fish in winter. Qu Dajun mentioned in "Guangdong New Language": "Cantonese customs are fond of raw fish, with perch, silver carp, yellow croaker, silver carp, snow carp and bighead carp as the top priority." In the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China, there were many "Zhuzhi Ci" related to Guangzhou fish, such as "The winter solstice fish is the same everywhere, and the fresh fish is exquisite. A cup of hot wine will cool you down, which is still a fad in the past. " Traditional raw fish mostly take pomfret as raw material. "slice" with a thin knifeSlices as thin as cicada’s wings and crystal clear are made into raw fish, which is eaten with various ingredients and sauces. In the early morning of the winter solstice, various residential areas in Guangzhou became lively, and every household bought fish and meat. On the night of the winter solstice, the weather is getting colder. In addition to raw fish, people in Guangzhou also like to "edge the stove". Shrimp, squid, pork liver, lettuce, chrysanthemum, spinach, etc., the meat is cut into pieces, and the fish is cut into two pieces that are connected like butterflies, which are put into the soup and eaten immediately. This method is called "crossing the river with sand". However, with the change of the times, everyone gradually realized that the risk of parasites eating raw fish was extremely high, so they changed to eating cooked food by the side stove. Guangzhou people especially like radishes on the winter solstice. As the saying goes, "Radish in winter solstice and ginger in summer solstice, eating at the right time is not painful", which means eating the right food in different seasons to achieve the purpose of health preservation. In winter, people are accustomed to tonic and do little exercise every day, so it is easy to generate heat and phlegm in the body. Eating radish can stop coughing, quench thirst and promote the qi of viscera, while eating ginger in summer can increase appetite and promote digestion. In ancient times, people didn’t have mobile phones, computers, entertainment, air conditioning and heating, but even if the weather is cold, they should live a good life. Going home to visit relatives, seeking roots and visiting friends and hiking to enjoy the scenery has become an important activity of the winter solstice. Guangzhou people have the custom of going to Luogang to enjoy the "snow" on the winter solstice since ancient times. Luogang Xiangxue, one of the eight scenic spots in Yangcheng, has presented a beautiful landscape of "Shili Meilin" for thousands of years and has become one of the resorts for Guangzhou people to punch cards in the winter solstice. According to records, the cultivation of green plums in Luogang area originated in the Song Dynasty.Because of its unique natural environment, it often blooms twice. In the 1950s and 1960s, Meiyuan stretched for dozens of miles, commonly known as "Shili Meilin". Before and after the winter solstice every year, plum blossoms are in full bloom everywhere, white and crystal clear, full of fragrance, and the wind pulls flowers and dances, not flying snow is better than flying snow. Nowadays, in addition to Luogang Xiangxue Park, there are many places to enjoy the "snow". Plum Valley in Baiyun Mountain has about 600 varieties of plum trees such as Meizhou Palace Powder and Chaotang Palace Powder. Every time plum blossoms are in full bloom, hundreds of plum blossoms compete to open; There are nearly 60 Bai Mei plants in the Four Gentlemen Garden of Baiyun Lake, and the rippling water is just a stone’s throw away, so the Meilin landscape near the lake is particularly elegant. Fat and thin in winter, dry and wet in winter, Guangfu people often say "fat and thin in winter", and winter is more abundant than Chinese New Year. In fact, the saying that fat winter is thin has appeared as early as the Song Dynasty. Song people attached great importance to the winter solstice, but why was it a fat winter and thin year? Jin Yingzhi’s historical notes of the Southern Song Dynasty, The Drunken Weng Tan Lu, are analyzed as follows: "The capital city (now Hangzhou) has three major festivals: cold food, winter solstice and New Year’s Day (now Spring Festival) … Therefore, many people ask about each other’s legacy (greet each other and visit each other), and they will not talk about it until they are old or have insufficient financial resources. There is a saying that’ fat winter is thin’. " It turns out that the festival is too close, spending too much money is limited, so we have to make a choice. However, it can be seen that people pay more attention to the winter solstice than to the Chinese New Year. There are also some sayings about the weather on the winter solstice, the most famous of which is "dry winter and wet year" and "wet winter and dry year", which means that it rains around the winter solstice, and it is often sunny during the Spring Festival, and vice versa. "dry winter and wet year"Is this statement true? Experts say it’s not absolute, it’s just a folk saying. There is no corresponding relationship between the sunny winter solstice and the rainy Spring Festival. Whether it rains during the Spring Festival is mainly determined by the weather system and atmospheric circulation before and after the Spring Festival. Inheriting the white-cut chicken dumplings, waxy glutinous rice, reunion in winter must be eaten for thousands of years. Although the traditional winter solstice custom of Guangzhou people may gradually disappear in the city, many families in Guangzhou still regard the winter solstice as a big festival. Spending a big Chinese New Year holiday in Guangzhou-the winter solstice, can fully prove that Guangzhou exists as a traditional and modern city with great tolerance. On the winter solstice, Guangzhou people who are born and raised often have a family dinner with a traditional sense of ceremony to pin their beautiful vision of family reunion and spend this wonderful and warm day; And many new "Hakkas" who come from all corners of the country to settle down in Guangzhou do as the Romans do. In addition to expressing their homesickness through food with hometown characteristics, they have gradually integrated into Guangzhou’s local flavor customs, and finally condensed into Guangzhou’s rich winter solstice eating customs over time. Winter solstice, revisiting the family holiday dinner ceremony and celebrating the winter solstice according to traditional customs is still the choice of most old people. Every winter solstice night, food critic Lao Yibo’s family must eat "Kaiping Tangyuan". He was born and raised in Guangzhou, but his hometown is Kaiping, Guangdong. Every winter solstice, his parents cooked a large pot of Kaiping glutinous rice balls for the whole family to enjoy. "It is in this way that parents pin their homesickness, and it is also in this way that we remember our ancestral home."Lao Yibo said. Kaiping glutinous rice balls are solid glutinous rice balls, which are only the size of an adult’s index finger. Because of their simple production, when they were young, they always participated in the "action" of rubbing glutinous rice balls together, and glutinous rice balls of different sizes, such as big beads and small beads, fell on the plate. This soup dumpling is the "protagonist" of their winter solstice reunion dinner that night, accompanied by a home-cooked boiled chicken and a plate of boiled shrimp. The soup base of glutinous rice balls is made by boiling chicken shells. Tangyuan is the staple food, and the soup is also rich with fried shad balls, dried pork, dried shrimps, mushrooms, shredded radish and other vegetables. On a cold winter night, a bowl of warm glutinous rice balls warms not only everyone’s stomach, but also the heart of every family member sitting around a table. Boiled chicken with nine famous dishes. Matthew, a media person, is also a native of Guangzhou. He regards the arrival of the winter solstice as one of the most important comforts all the year round, just like a person taking part in a marathon, which is the most important supply station before the end of the race. In his memory, the day of the winter solstice means the time for family reunion. One of the most important things for a housewife’s mother all the year round is to prepare dinner on the winter solstice. When mother is physically able to do housework, she starts to be busy inside and out the day before the winter solstice. In the early years, the economy was not affluent, and the family had a large population. It was not easy to prepare a winter solstice dinner, but even so, I would rather scrimp and save on weekdays, and I would like to prepare more abundantly on the winter solstice day. In the early morning, she will rush to the market to buy food, kill chickens and ducks, prepare dinner, and then everyone will sit around a table.Have a big meal. What impressed Matthew the most was not only the delicious food cooked by his mother, but also the winter solstice dumplings made by his mother, which were filled with shage, pork and shrimp and served with chicken soup, salty but not greasy and delicious. This day’s waxy glutinous rice is not only delicious, but also excellent in meaning. According to mom, glutinous rice means warmth, and it is warm from the beginning to the end of the year. My mother also presents her dried bacon to relatives and friends on the winter solstice. Guangdong-style beef bone beef offal pot, take a bite for the winter, it’s really delicious. The ritual feeling of the full dinner on the winter solstice also made Matthew memorable: Mom is very traditional. Before meals, the family should worship their ancestors first, and they are not allowed to move chopsticks until everyone is here, otherwise they will have to wait even if they wait. The custom of "wintering" continues among the new generation. For Xiao Zhang, a new Guangzhou native born in 1990s, Guangzhou’s strong custom of celebrating the winter solstice has awakened childhood memories and deepened his understanding and recognition of China culture. He told reporters that in Guangdong, where traditional culture is well preserved, the winter solstice is a lively and extraordinary festival, which makes people feel warm and comforted. The winter solstice is regarded as the "sub-year-old" after the New Year. It is not only the end of a year, but also the beginning of a new year. It is a day of family reunion and happiness. Looking back on the winter solstice when I was a child, a few days before the festival, my parents had begun to prepare all kinds of ingredients for the festival, such as mutton, beef and chicken … On the winter solstice, I would see a table full of delicious food, and the whole family would gather around the table to drink, warm up, eat delicious food and chat at home. On the morning of the winter solstice, my mother will wake me up from the bed."The dumplings I cooked are cold, so don’t get up quickly." Listening to my mother’s nagging, eating round glutinous rice balls, which is the warmth of home alone. Have a bowl of warm glutinous rice balls. Miss a bowl of hot glutinous rice balls in the morning of the winter solstice, miss the reunion dinner at night of the winter solstice, miss the tender and meticulous care of parents … This winter solstice, Xiao Zhang decided to go home for the holiday, "Winter solstice is a big New Year", don’t eat dinner alone, it’s better to go home! Have a happy reunion dinner with my family on the night of the winter solstice. It is a day of family reunion to let the traditional winter solstice custom return to the winter solstice rationally. With the improvement of people’s living standards, it has long been the choice of many families in Guangzhou to have a reunion dinner in restaurants. Many people in Guangzhou began to choose restaurants to celebrate the holidays and have family reunion, so that all restaurants, large and small, were shocked (lively). Slowly, the winter solstice became one of the busiest festivals in Guangzhou restaurants in a year. After the winter solstice, the Spring Festival, when the whole family has dinner together, is approaching. In recent years, the developed take-out has promoted the dishes in the Winter Solstice restaurant to enter thousands of households. The complex and laborious "hard dishes" such as Buddha jumping over the wall and potted vegetables have met the needs of some citizens to "eat at home". Gum, abalone, sea cucumber, duck’s feet, chicken wings, pig’s hands, blessing bags … They are soaked in abalone juice, and the rich sauce is boiling in the furnace, and the rising fireworks surround the family, driving away the cold of winter nights. Compared with dishes that are cold as soon as they are put, it is more enjoyable to enjoy hot dishes while boiling. Guangdong-style mutton pot that has been passed down for five generations. This year, as the winter solstice approaches,Although it is still the choice of Guangzhou people to go to restaurants to order takeout for the winter solstice, many people plan to regain traditional customs and spend the winter solstice at home, which to some extent allows the traditional winter custom to return. Matthew is one of them. Now the brothers and sisters have already married separately, and the mother is old, and she can no longer cook and take charge of the kitchen utensils and prepare the winter solstice dinner for her family. Matthew intends to let the nanny who takes care of the elderly at home buy fresh chicken, duck and fish in the vegetable market on the winter solstice and bagged dumplings in the supermarket. Although for many people in Guangzhou, it is no longer a "standard" to eat glutinous rice balls on the winter solstice, what is needed is a sense of ceremony and a warm feeling of home. Affection and warmth are all in this hot glutinous rice ball. Guangzhou people spend the winter solstice in this way, which contains their love for life, their persistence in tradition and their great cherish for the change of years.
