At the same time, under the supervision of the caretaker, he tied an electronic monitor on his left ankle.

　　　　According to reports, because all sectors of society are generally worried about whether the "Wolf of Huagang" will commit another crime after being released from prison, Huang Yijun, the chief prosecutor of Hualien District Inspection Office, said that according to the evaluation report of the psychological team of the Political University, Yang Wenxiong is still addicted to sexual assault and still has a certain degree of danger, so the prosecution decided that Yang Wenxiong should wear an electronic monitoring anklet after being released from prison on parole. Yang Wenxiong also issued a statement, expressing humility to face the new life and apologizing to the victims.

　　　　Yang Wenxiong committed many sexual assault cases in 1995 and was sentenced to 16 years in prison. Six years ago, he was admitted to the Department of Social Work of Taiwan Province University in prison. For this reason, he applied for parole eight times, which caused great controversy from all walks of life. The students and parents of the Department of Social Work of National Taiwan University expressed strong opposition, but the Ministry of Justice of Taiwan Province did not approve it because of social perception and other factors. In February this year, he applied for parole for the ninth time, and was finally granted parole on September 14th. He was transferred from Taipei Prison to Hualien Prison on 21st, so that he could go home nearby after being released on parole and be taken over by the local rehabilitation counseling unit.

　　　　Although Taiwan Province’s "Ministry of Justice" said that Yang Wenxiong had served his sentence for more than 12 years, he performed well in prison, and after complete psychological treatment, he met the parole requirements, and has instructed the Hualien District Prosecutor’s Office to closely monitor Yang Wenxiong after he was released from prison, including wearing electronic trackers, regularly taking polygraphs and imposing a curfew, so as to grasp his condition.
