@ Jiaxing people, this vaccine has arrived in Jiaxing, so hurry to get it before the epidemic season.

Remember the flu "shock wave" this spring? The resurgence of influenza A (H1N1) subtype caused the school to suspend classes in a large area, and the children who had returned to school were returned home because of the flu. However, the affected children have suffered a lot, and symptoms such as headache, high fever and cough are indispensable, and parents are also worried.

As the weather gets colder and the seasons change alternately, the influenza virus becomes active. Prevent the flu, get vaccinated, now!

What is the flu?

Influenza, referred to as "flu" for short, is usually an acute respiratory infectious disease caused by influenza A or B virus. It is highly contagious and people are generally susceptible. The main manifestations are acute onset, severe systemic symptoms, sudden chills, fever, headache, systemic aches, stuffy nose, runny nose, dry cough, chest pain and other symptoms. Unlike the common cold, influenza is prone to pneumonia. In severe cases, acute respiratory distress syndrome and septicemia may occur, and if not treated in time, it may even lead to death.

Harm of influenza

Influenza brings huge health burden and economic burden to the world every year. According to the estimate of the World Health Organization (WHO), influenza can cause 3-5 million severe cases and 290,000-650,000 respiratory disease-related deaths worldwide every year. More than 90% of the influenza outbreaks reported in China every year occur in schools and kindergartens. School crowds gather, and influenza epidemic will not only lead to large-scale school suspension, parents’ absenteeism, but also aggravate community spread. A study suggests that in 2019, the national influenza-related economic burden was 26.381 billion yuan, accounting for about 0.266% of the GDP of that year.

Who needs to be vaccinated against influenza?

All people over 6 months old who are willing to be vaccinated and have no contraindications can be vaccinated against influenza.

The Technical Guide for Influenza Vaccination in China (2023-2024) gives priority to the following key and high-risk groups for timely vaccination:

1. Medical personnel: including clinical rescue personnel, public health personnel and health and quarantine personnel;

2. Older people aged 60 and over;

3. Suffering from one or more chronic diseases;

4, pension institutions, long-term care institutions, welfare homes and other places where people gather;

5. Pregnant women;

Children aged 6, 6-59 months;

Family members and caregivers of infants under 7 and 6 months old;

8. People in key places: kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, supervision places, etc.

Why do you need to get the flu vaccine every year?

Because the annual flu vaccine is "limited". Influenza virus is a single-stranded, negative-stranded, segmented RNA virus, which is very easy to mutate, and the epidemic strains may be different every year. In order to match the ever-changing influenza virus, one or more strains of influenza vaccine recommended by WHO will be updated in most seasons. Compared with the last flu season, this year’s WHO recommendation replaced the A(H1N1) subtype strain.

In addition, the antibody level after influenza vaccination generally decreases gradually within 6-8 months after vaccination, so vaccination once a year can achieve the best preventive effect.

When is the right time to get the flu vaccine?

Usually after 2-4 weeks of influenza vaccination, antibodies with protective level can be produced. It is best for people over 6 months old to complete influenza vaccination before the local influenza epidemic season every year, and they can also be vaccinated throughout the influenza epidemic season. Vaccination as soon as possible means protection as soon as possible. The peak of influenza in autumn and winter in our city is usually from November to January of the following year. Now vaccination is protected just before the high incidence of influenza!

What’s the difference between trivalent and tetravalent influenza?

The so-called trivalent and tetravalent influenza vaccine refers to the types of influenza virus strains contained in the vaccine.

Low trivalent influenza vaccine coverage strain: H1N1+H3N2+BV

Low tetravalent influenza vaccine coverage strain: H1N1+H3N2+BV+BY.

In addition to the common influenza split vaccine, there is also a live attenuated influenza vaccine by nasal spray, which is absorbed into the body through the nasal mucosa, thus producing mucosal immunity, humoral immunity and cellular immunity, thus achieving the purpose of preventing influenza. The target of vaccination is people aged 3-17. If children are afraid of injections and unwilling to cooperate, try nasal spray vaccination.

There is another big change in this year’s influenza vaccine, that is, the universal tetravalent vaccine for children and adults has appeared for the first time, which has achieved the unification of vaccination dosage forms for infants, adolescents, adults and the elderly, thus effectively improving the convenience of influenza vaccination and expanding the accessibility of vaccines.

The Communist Party of China (CPC)’s Understanding of the Principal Social Contradictions in China

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly made an important judgment that "Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era", and made a new summary of the changes in the main social contradictions in our country in the new era-"The main social contradictions in our country have been transformed into the contradictions between the people’s growing needs for a better life and the unbalanced development". This is our party’s new summary of the main social contradictions in Socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era according to the changes of the times and national conditions. At the same time, it also emphasizes that the basic national conditions that China is still in the primary stage of socialism for a long time have not changed, and China’s international status as the largest developing country in the world has not changed. The whole party should firmly grasp the basic national conditions of the primary stage of socialism and firmly base itself on the greatest reality of the primary stage of socialism.

The Communist Party of China (CPC)’s understanding of the main social contradictions in our country is gradually deepened and continuously developed with the different historical periods and stages of social development in our country. The Party’s correct understanding and grasp of the main social contradictions in China is an important prerequisite for our Party to scientifically judge the national situation and correctly formulate major policies, and it is of great theoretical and practical significance for leading the whole Party and the people of the whole country to promote the development of China’s revolution, construction and reform.

1. The party’s understanding of the main social contradictions during the new-democratic revolution.

After the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC), China society faced various complicated social contradictions. Since the Opium War, China began to fall into a dark situation of internal troubles and foreign invasion. The imperialist countries carved up their spheres of influence in China, and the feudal landlord class cruelly oppressed the peasants. The bourgeoisie colluded with imperialism, and at the same time, they were intertwined with the feudal landlord class to jointly oppress the working masses, and the mountains and rivers were broken, making the people miserable. In this grim situation, how to correctly understand and grasp the main social contradictions in China and formulate practical policies and measures accordingly? Guided by Marxism, the Communist Party of China (CPC) made a profound understanding and summary of China’s national conditions, especially the main social contradictions. After a long period of exploration, the Communist Party of China (CPC) people, represented by Comrade Mao Zedong, came to the conclusion: "The contradiction between imperialism and the Chinese nation, feudalism and the masses of the people are the main contradictions in modern China society." "The contradiction between imperialism and the Chinese nation is the most important contradiction among all kinds of contradictions." It was based on a correct understanding of the principal contradictions at that time that our Party scientifically formulated the line, principles and policies of the new-democratic revolution in different periods, United and led the people of the whole country through arduous and unremitting struggle, and finally overthrew the three mountains that were pressing on the people of China and won the great victory of the new-democratic revolution.

2. The Party’s understanding of the main social contradictions during the period of socialist transformation and construction.

After the founding of New China, what are the main contradictions in our society? The earliest summary of the main social contradictions in China after the founding of New China was the enlarged meeting of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee held by the CPC Central Committee in Xibaipo from September 8 to 13, 1948, namely the "September Meeting" in the Political Bureau of the Central Committee. In an important speech delivered at this meeting, Mao Zedong pointed out: "After the bourgeois democratic revolution is completed, the main contradiction within China is the contradiction between the proletariat and the bourgeoisie, and the external contradiction is the contradiction with imperialism." Liu Shaoqi also pointed out at this meeting: "In the new democratic economy, the basic contradiction is the contradiction between capitalism (capitalists and rich peasants) and socialism. After the victory of the anti-imperialist and anti-feudal revolution, this is the main contradiction in the new society. " He particularly emphasized: "We should clearly see this contradiction. This struggle between the proletariat and the bourgeoisie is a struggle between socialism and capitalism. " This is the first time that the leaders of our party discussed the main social contradictions in China after the founding of New China.

In the early days of the founding of New China, there were many economic sectors in China. "At that time, the main contradiction in rural areas was the contradiction between feudalism and democracy, not the contradiction between capitalism and socialism, so it took two to three years to implement land reform in rural areas." "After the victory of the new-democratic revolution and the completion of the land system reform in the whole country, the main domestic contradictions have turned into contradictions between the working class and the bourgeoisie, and between the socialist road and the capitalist road." On this basis, our party has formulated the general line of "transition period", that is, to gradually realize the socialist industrialization of the country and the socialist transformation of agriculture, rival industries and capitalist industry and commerce in a fairly long period of time. This task was basically completed by the end of 1956.

With the successful completion of socialist transformation, China society has realized the transformation from a new democratic society to a socialist society. From September 15th to 27th, 1956, the Eighth National Congress of communist party was held in Beijing. The Eighth National Congress of the Communist Party of China correctly analyzed the changes of class relations and major domestic contradictions in China after the socialist transformation was basically completed, and clearly pointed out that after the socialist transformation was basically completed in China, "the major domestic contradiction is already the contradiction between the people’s demand for establishing an advanced industrial country and the reality of a backward agricultural country, and the contradiction between the people’s need for rapid economic and cultural development and the current situation that economic and cultural cannot meet the people’s needs." The essence of this contradiction is the contradiction between the advanced socialist system and the backward social production when the socialist system in China has been established. The solution to this contradiction is to develop social productive forces and implement large-scale economic construction. For the first time, the Eighth National Congress of the Communist Party of China systematically summarized the main social contradictions in China during the period of socialist construction.

On February 27th, 1957, Mao Zedong delivered an important speech on Correctly Handling Contradictions among the People at the 11th (enlarged) meeting of the Supreme State Council, which was revised and supplemented and published in People’s Daily on June 19th of that year. In this important speech, Mao Zedong systematically discussed the Marxist theory of contradiction, pointing out that the basic contradiction in socialist society is still the contradiction between productive forces and relations of production, economic base and superstructure. At the same time, there are two different kinds of social contradictions in socialist society, namely, the contradiction between ourselves and the enemy and the contradictions among the people, which are completely different in nature. The former is antagonistic in nature, so it is necessary to adopt compulsory and dictatorship methods to solve it, while the latter is non-antagonistic, so it can only be democratic and educational. Mao Zedong also proposed that correctly handling contradictions among the people should be the theme of the country’s political life. Generally speaking, our party’s understanding of the main social contradictions in this period is correct and realistic. Later, due to some "Left" tendencies in the Party, the Party’s understanding of the main social contradictions was biased. On October 9, 1957, the Third Plenary Session of the Eighth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward the conclusion that "the contradiction between the proletariat and the bourgeoisie, the contradiction between the socialist road and the capitalist road" is the main contradiction in our society at present; The second meeting of the Eighth National Congress of the Communist Party of China held in May 1958 proposed that before the socialist society was built, the struggle between the proletariat and the bourgeoisie, the struggle between the socialist road and the capitalist road,It has always been the main contradiction within our country. The party’s mistakes in understanding the main contradictions in the socialist period led to a series of major policy and decision-making mistakes of our party and state.

3. The Party’s understanding of major social contradictions during the period of reform, opening up and socialist modernization.

The Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China held in 1978 opened a new era of China’s reform, opening up and socialist modernization. On March 30, 1979, at the retreat of the Party’s theoretical work, Deng Xiaoping, the chief architect of reform and opening up, made an important exposition on the basic contradictions and main contradictions in socialist society. He pointed out: "The basic contradictions are still the contradictions between the relations of production and productivity, and the contradictions between the superstructure and the economic base." "As for what is the main contradiction at present, that is, the main problems or central tasks that the whole Party and the people must solve at present, because the Third Plenary Session decided to shift the focus of work to socialist modernization. Our productivity development level is very low, which is far from meeting the needs of the people and the country. This is the main contradiction in our current period, and solving this main contradiction is our central task. "

It is on the basis of the above explanation that the Resolution on Several Historical Issues of the Party since the Founding of the People’s Republic of China, adopted at the Sixth Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party on June 27th, 1981, fully affirmed the formulation of the Party’s Eighth Congress and further streamlined and refined it: "The main contradiction to be solved in China is the contradiction between the people’s growing material and cultural needs and backward social production. The focus of the work of the party and the state must shift to socialist modernization centered on economic construction, greatly develop social productive forces, and gradually improve people’s material and cultural life on this basis. " This generalization has become an important basis for the party to formulate various lines, principles and policies in the process of reform, opening up and socialist modernization.

4. Socialism with Chinese characteristics entered a new era, the party’s understanding of the main social contradictions.

After long-term efforts, Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, which is a new historical orientation for China’s development. Socialism with Chinese characteristics’s entry into a new era indicates that the principal contradiction in our society has also undergone new changes. The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made a new summary of the main social contradictions in China in the new era of Socialism with Chinese characteristics. General Secretary of the Supreme Leader pointed out in the report of the 19th National Congress: "Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, and the main contradiction in our society has been transformed into the contradiction between the people’s growing need for a better life and the unbalanced development." The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China also summarized the reasons for the changes in the main social contradictions in our country: China has stably solved the problem of food and clothing for more than one billion people, achieved a well-off society on the whole, and will soon build a well-off society in an all-round way. People’s needs for a better life are increasingly extensive, which not only puts forward higher requirements for material and cultural life, but also demands for democracy, rule of law, fairness, justice, security and environment are increasing day by day. At the same time, the level of China’s social productive forces has improved significantly on the whole, and the social productive capacity has entered the forefront of the world in many aspects. The more prominent problem is the insufficient development imbalance, which has become the main constraint to meet the people’s growing needs for a better life.

The major social contradiction change in our country is a historic change related to the overall situation of Socialism with Chinese characteristics’s construction. This change requires us to focus on solving the problem of unbalanced and insufficient development on the basis of continuing to promote development and better meet the people’s growing needs in economy, politics, culture, society and ecology. Of course, at the same time, we must also see that the changes in the main contradictions in our society have not changed our judgment on the historical stage of socialism in China, the basic national conditions that China is still in the primary stage of socialism and its international status as the largest developing country in the world has not changed.

In a word, the Communist Party of China (CPC)’s understanding of the principal social contradictions in our country keeps pace with the times with the development of the times and the specific changes of China’s national conditions. The process of deepening the Party’s understanding of the principal social contradictions in our country marks that our Party’s understanding of the laws governing the development of human society and socialist construction has reached a new level, which is the new development of Marxist theory of contradictions and the new development of Marxism in China.

Tesla FSD landed in China, one step at a time.

Tesla and relevant departments are clearing the obstacles for the landing of FSD in China one by one, realizing data safety compliance and data exit arrangement, and approaching the core of the problem-training the autopilot system with user data from China.

During the Beijing Auto Show, on April 28th, at the invitation of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Musk flashed in Beijing. The State Council Prime Minister Li Qiang met with Musk at Diaoyutai State Guesthouse. On the same day, Tesla passed the authoritative standards and requirements for national vehicle data security.

Tesla became the first enterprise in China to pass vehicle safety inspection. This is conducive to comprehensively lifting the ban on smart cars such as Tesla (such as government agencies, airports, highways, etc.).

These are for Tesla to launch its FSD service in China. On April 6th, Musk announced that Robotaxi (self-driving taxi service) would be released on August 8th, which is of special significance to the China market. Since then, the policies of relevant departments of Tesla and China have appeared, which seems to be a coincidence and echo.

Although users in China can purchase FSD software, its function has not been approved for use in China. At present, China car owners can use Tesla’s assisted driving Autopilot function, which can be turned on on the highway. FSD is a more autonomous driving assistance function, which can be used in urban public roads, including automatic parking, automatic lane change and traffic navigation.

There are many obstacles for FSD to land in China. In response to this matter, we analyzed it in a previous article.Possible solutions for Tesla FSD.

Landing in China FSD, Musk facesA dilemma: either allow China users to drive data out of the country to the United States; Either Tesla tries to get its FSD model to be trained in China, but this requires the deployment of Tesla in China.Computational powerCluster.Musk once said that the number of H100 owned by Tesla is second only to Meta.

In the former, the personal data of millions of car users leaving the country is a very challenging problem at present. The latter, let the United States allow the most advanced AI chips and computing clusters to be deployed in China, train local data and build models for local use, but the United States will not release them. The United States has repeatedly imposed restrictions on the export of the most advanced AI chips to China. What should we do?

If the China government lets the data out of the country, or finds a compromise, it will be a moment of "game change" and have a far-reaching impact. It will open the most spacious avenue for Musk’s FSD technology to be promoted globally.

Can a special middle zone be opened between China and the United States, such as a special area in Shanghai, where China’s data and American computing power clusters can be placed, and a data management organization can be established between the two sides to ensure that they are not used for other purposes, and both sides can control their own technologies and data.

Now, it seems to be moving in the direction we expected. China released some Tesla data abroad, while Tesla set up a computing data center in China.

Tesla realized the localized storage of data in Shanghai as early as 2021, but did not further process the data. From the commercial and technical point of view, it is the most efficient way to export China’s user data to Tesla’s American cluster for training.

Everything depends on human effort. On May 17th, foreign media reported that Tesla decided to set up a data center in China to train its autonomous driving technology. This is a major strategic shift for Tesla. Musk insisted on sending the data to the United States for training and processing.

Tesla has sold 1.8 million cars in China, and a large amount of data generated in the complicated traffic conditions in China is of great strategic significance for Tesla to promote its FSD technology in China and around the world.

Tesla may need to establish a data center with a partner in China. According to foreign media reports, Tesla and NVIDIA discussed the establishment of a computing cluster in China, but American law prohibits British communication from exporting advanced GPU chips to China. One option is to use a scaled-down H20 chip licensed by NVIDIA for export to China, or use the most advanced domestic GPU in China.

Musk also proposed to license its FSD system to China automobile manufacturers, and has already negotiated with a major manufacturer in China for authorization cooperation. At present, the price of FSD in China is about 64,000 yuan.

While China is investing in building a data center, Musk hopes to allow it to transmit data to the United States.

On the same day, the general data list of data cross-border scene in Lingang New Area of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone and its supporting operation guide were announced. The first batch of general data list includes intelligent networked automobile, Public Offering of Fund and biomedicine.

According to Xinhua News Agency, taking the field of intelligent networked vehicles as an example, the general data list specifically involves four scenarios, such as transnational manufacturing, global R&D testing, after-sales service and global trade of used cars, 23 data categories, such as R&D design data and after-sales service records, and 158 data fields, such as vehicle chassis drawings and product sludge models.

Liberation Daily also interviewed Tesla’s head of information technology in the Asia-Pacific region. He said that "the introduction of the list will bring more convenience to Tesla’s global business management, R&D testing and overseas market development."

picture

These data do not include the personal information of Tesla owners, such as vehicle data, diagnostic data, infotainment system data and autopilot data, especially the video shared by users who are most valuable for autopilot system training. In the global after-sales service scenario of the general data list, there are data such as vehicle fault analysis, maintenance and after-sales records that really need cross-border flow during the after-sales process.

Shortly after Musk came to Beijing, on May 14th, the Biden administration of the United States announced that it would impose a 100% tariff on electric vehicles in China. As the future car networking is the general trend, the United States may completely block China’s (electric) cars from the United States on the grounds of safety.

The United States is trying to build a North American fortress of the automobile industry. The European Union is also launching a countervailing investigation on electric vehicles in China, but it will not completely break the chain with electric vehicles in China like the United States.

For China, the introduction of FSD is of great significance, which is just the beginning. Musk’s AI map also includes artificial intelligence company xAI, humanoid robot Optimus and so on.

There are only nearly two months left before Musk released his Robotaxi on August 8, and it seems that Tesla and relevant departments are moving towards that day step by step.

Strengthening the network security education of "indigenous people" and "protecting seedlings" also made the network clear.

On the occasion of the International Children’s Day on June 1st, in order to create a network environment conducive to the healthy growth of teenagers and raise their awareness of network security, the National Internet Information Office launched the "Nursery 2015 Online Action" nationwide to comprehensively clean up information harmful to children’s physical and mental health, such as obscenity, violence, terror, cruelty and superstition. The activity lasted from May 20th to June 7th.

Since the launch of the activity, the relevant departments have made unremitting efforts to improve the network information, and the contents of most websites have gradually become healthy and orderly. However, for young people who are not familiar with the world, bad information has done great harm to their physical and mental health development. In recent years, the crime rate of cyber crimes among minors has increased significantly, and cyber security education for young people has become an unavoidable topic.

Minors have become a new force in network use.

The Seventh Survey Report on Internet Usage of Minors in China (2013) jointly released by China Young Pioneers Career Development Center and other institutions in June 2014 shows that the Internet penetration rate of urban minors exceeds 92%, while that of rural minors exceeds 80%. Minors, as a unique group of netizens, have become a new force in network use.

Children born after 1995 grew up in the internet immersion and were vividly called "Internet aborigines". Contemporary minors have grown up with the development of the Internet. The Internet has increasingly become an important way for minors to learn, live, entertain, understand and participate in society. It is a basic tool for minors to grow up and is changing their lifestyle, thinking mode, behavior mode and mobilization mode.

A survey on the network protection of minors in China, commissioned by the Network Social Work Bureau of the National Internet Information Office and conducted by the China Society for the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency, shows that the age when minors first touch the Internet is getting lower and lower, and the number of Internet users under 6 years old accounts for 3.3%. The reasons for these children surfing the Internet are basically to find study materials and play games. More than 70% of middle school students in China surf the Internet at least once a week, and nearly 20% of them spend more than 3 hours surfing the Internet each time.

Therefore, it is self-evident that it is necessary to carry out the "seedling protection action". Clear cyberspace not only means a healthy growth environment, but also relates to the future of the country. Ren Xianliang, deputy director of the National Internet Information Office, said, "The online work of’ eliminating pornography and illegal publications’ is related to the healthy growth of young people. The’ Nursery Action’ is to protect children’s physical and mental health and make the Internet their confidants, friends and teachers, rather than gangsters and demons who infringe on them. "

Youth network security education needs to be strengthened urgently.

Today, the launching ceremony of the 2nd National Cyber Security Publicity Week was held in science and technology hall, China. At the same time, the National Cyber Security Youth Popular Science Base was unveiled, and the Survey Report on Public Cyber Security Awareness was released for the first time. Cyber security publicity week is the third stage of the "seedling protection action".

When it comes to cyber security, a survey conducted by the China Youth Crime Prevention Research Association points out that some countries pursue information hegemonism in their foreign policies and use advanced Internet media technology for reactionary infiltration and inflammatory political propaganda. According to the survey, "the Internet has become a’ heavy weapon’ used by various hostile forces to engage in reactionary activities, and a large number of information that endangers public safety and social stability and subverts traditional moral values has been widely disseminated through the Internet."

Chen Guangzhong, a tenured professor at China University of Political Science and Law and honorary president of the Institute of Litigation Law, also said at the national seminar on juvenile justice and comprehensive protection that the Internet is a big problem, and many "baby soldiers" in the Islamic State have been bewitched by online information. The protection of minors is a problem of the country and the world, a problem of social governance, and also reflects the level of modernization of the country’s governance capacity. Therefore, the whole society should carry out sustained and in-depth research on juvenile network management.

A survey on minors’ reaction to cyber violence shows that 54.9% are "quit the webpage and don’t tell anyone", 31.7% are "continue to browse other information and deal with it later", 21.5% are "tell classmates and teachers" and only 7.4% are "report to the police". In this context, it is particularly important to strengthen the network literacy education of minors and actively guide them to correctly understand and effectively use the network. However, China’s network literacy education for minors is still in its infancy, and the network literacy education is mainly confined to the classrooms of communication colleges in colleges and universities. According to a survey conducted by the China Youth Crime Prevention Research Association, "In the primary and secondary education system, network literacy is still a new term for many front-line educators. There is a lack of understanding of the status quo of local minors’ network literacy, and there is also a lack of activities and training courses suitable for local minors’ network literacy education. It has not risen to the strategic agenda of government departments, nor has it been included in the school’s education curriculum system, and there is a lack of professional education teachers. "

So how should teenagers use the internet reasonably? Niu Kai, deputy secretary-general of China Youth Crime Prevention Research Association, said in an interview with China Youth Network: First, understand the basic network knowledge and how to use online media; The second is to learn to judge the significance and value of network information; The third is to learn the knowledge and skills of creating and disseminating network information; The fourth is to understand how to use the network to develop yourself and know the society.

Juvenile cyber crime calls for clear network.

According to the statistics of China Youth Crime Prevention Research Association, 70% of the total juvenile crimes are caused by internet pornography and violent content, which leads to several serious crimes such as theft, robbery and rape, forming a "juvenile cyber crime phenomenon". Juvenile cyber crime and its social assistance have become a serious social problem.

In the interview, Zhang Hanyu, director of the the Supreme People’s Procuratorate Juvenile Criminal Prosecution Office, told the reporter of China Youth Network that "there are many cases of learning criminal skills from online games and committing crimes through online groups. For example, in a case, children made friends online to form a’ rose gang’, calling on’ whoever is bullied, everyone has the responsibility to help him’ and organizing activities similar to’ big series’."

Song Yinghui, vice president of the Institute of Criminal Law Science of Beijing Normal University, also mentioned in an interview with China Youth Network that "although the state has various regulations on network information, they have not been put in place, and basically the relevant departments have not attached great importance to it conceptually. Who’s in charge if something goes wrong? Who will be responsible? "

Regarding how to put an end to cyber crimes committed by minors, Song Yinghui called for, first of all, improving legislation and increasing the punishment for making and disseminating bad online information. Secondly, family and society should be governed together in many ways, parents should correctly guide their children to participate in online activities, and at the same time establish a linkage mechanism between family protection and school protection. Zhang Hanyu believes that, first, it is necessary to "ban watching", such as learning from foreign films and website login grading systems, and using technical means to provide special protection for young people. Second, it is necessary to "supervise", and the supervision departments should strengthen linkage, conduct special investigations on network security from time to time, and expand the scope of illegal activities.

On this road to a bright and healthy future, only when families, schools and society are linked together, and legislation, supervision and guidance are coordinated, can the information-based expressway be fresh, bright and unimpeded, and the smiling faces of children on Children’s Day on June 1st be mapped to a clean and tidy future abroad. Song Jia’s literary fan dressed as "Xiao Hong" 18 sets of styles staged the fashion show of the Republic of China.

Therefore, Song Jia’s styles in the film were designed by the director Jianqi Huo himself. "Many people may suddenly realize that the style of the Republic of China can still be dressed like this after watching Xiao Hong. In fact, Xiao Hong is the fashion pioneer of the Republic of China. As a well-known Shanghai writer, she is the trend leader. Even now, her dress is still very popular. Whether it is a young literary woman or a white-collar woman in the workplace, Xiao Hong’s single items can be used. " Some netizens who have seen the stills in advance laughed and said: "It is estimated that the same paragraph will be popular in Taobao!"

Song Jia bluntly said, "Xiao Hong" is the most exquisite costume collocation he has ever encountered since filming. "The director is very demanding. He hopes that every detail can reflect Xiao Hong’s feelings. We have been choosing clothes, and we must be beautiful enough and literary. We must reproduce Xiao Hong in the original way. Xiao Hong’s literature and art in his heart are colored." The hard work of the director and the staff was not in vain. "Xiao Hong has been wandering from place to place all her life, suffering from poverty and illness. No matter how poor and hungry she is, she will let herself go out gracefully. The biggest feeling of 18 models for me is that they can guide me to enter the state of Xiao Hong quickly. "

Market survey of babysitters in the Spring Festival: 3300 yuan for chatting for a month without anyone doing it.

Male nannies are still a minority in the market.

Near the end of the year, the topic of "Chinese New Year nanny’s daily salary exceeds that of 500 yuan" has attracted attention. According to media reports, during the Spring Festival in 2020, the price of domestic service personnel will all rise, and the daily salary of full-time nannies will also start in 300 yuan, and the highest can reach above 500 yuan.

Every year when the Spring Festival is approaching, the salary and shortage of nannies will cause heated discussion. Families who need to hire nannies also say that it is not easy to find a suitable nanny during the Chinese New Year.

So, what’s the situation of Hangzhou nanny market this year? Qianjiang evening news recently visited the domestic service market in Zhaohui, Hangzhou, and chatted with the agents and aunts.

"Aunt in short supply? You see, we sit here every day waiting for the aunt hired by the employer. " Zhang Fengjuan, head of Chengwang Home Economics Service Department in Hangzhou Zhaohui Home Economics Service Market, said that it is now more difficult to match the needs of both parties: employers have their own set of standards for choosing people; When aunts take jobs, most of them have to weigh various factors such as labor remuneration and service intensity.

3,300 yuan to chat for a month, no one did it.

"Where are you from?" "How old?" "Going back to your hometown in the New Year?" … … On December 25th, Mr. Wang, a 50-year-old Hangzhou native, wanted to find a nanny for his 75-year-old mother. "My mother lives in an apartment for the elderly, and she is taken care of for eating and washing, and her actions are fairly comfortable. She just wants to find someone to talk with her and look after her at night."

He soon surrounded a circle of aunts, but none of them had the will to take this job.

"The monthly salary is 3,300 yuan, and the Chinese New Year is coming soon. Such a price will definitely not be found." An aunt from the Northeast is very honest and frank: Even though this kind of work is relatively easy, their main purpose is to make money. "Without money, everything else is useless.".

At 3: 00 pm, there are few employers looking for domestic service, and aunts sit and chat in twos and threes, and also share some recruitment news. "I just came to an employer and lived in a five-story villa. It costs 6,000 yuan a month. Will you do it?" An aunt asked. Soon, many aunts around began to discuss. Some people estimated that "cleaning the fifth floor, cooking and looking after the children are very tired and unbearable." Someone bluntly said, "Such a heavy job is not cost-effective."

Within a few hours of the reporter’s squatting in the domestic service center, some employers came one after another, but few of them actually signed the contract. Mr. Huang, 51, wanted to find a live-in nanny for the elderly at home. He went around the market several times and didn’t find the right one. He said, "During the Chinese New Year, my salary will definitely go up, and I can accept it, but the main reason is that there is no eye fate. Choosing a nanny depends on the eye fate."

It’s hard to find a job after 60.

Aunt Han from Jiangxi has been waiting in the market for several days, but she hasn’t waited for her employer. She said, the main reason is my age. "I am 62 years old this year. Many employers will think I am too old, afraid that I will not do things neatly, and I am afraid that I will have physical problems at home and cannot afford this responsibility."

"Of course, people in their forties are the most popular," Aunt Han observed some aunts who were negotiating with their employers, and was a little unconvinced. "They are confident, mainly young, but many of them are not as experienced as me."

During the interview, Aunt Han told reporters not to always write "nanny shortage". "Look, where is the shortage? Aren’t they all waiting aunts?" She recalled that last year, the market suddenly flooded into a group of "unfamiliar faces" aunts. These aunts said that they saw on TV that Hangzhou was "aunt shortage" and their wages were high, so they ran from Wenzhou and Taizhou. "As a result, I found that this was not the case at all and went back the next day."

Aunt Han also complained that the arrival of a large number of "young" aunts would take away her few opportunities.

Male nanny wronged: I can cook and wash clothes.

"Where did you come from?" "I’m not doing it at home now. I’m a security guard."

  "Why did you come here?"

  "Being a nanny again."

An aunt sat next to Lao Zhang and chatted with him. Lao Zhang, 51, was the only male candidate in the market that day. He changed from security guard because he felt that the income from work in the domestic industry was stable. "There are few cases of wage arrears and family warmth."

As early as 2006, Lao Zhang entered the domestic industry. Later, because the acceptance of male nannies decreased, he began to find other jobs.

Lao Zhang said that most families don’t accept male nannies. On the one hand, many male nannies smoke and drink, causing dissatisfaction among the elderly in the family, "ruining the atmosphere." In addition, male nannies spend more on eating and drinking at home. "For example, if a woman eats a bowl of rice, we may have to eat two bowls, which is a bit too much for the average family."

The aunt on the side took the conversation. "The male nanny is completely uncompetitive compared with us. Cleaning, washing clothes and cooking are all done well by women. "

Lao Zhang was anxious. "I can cook and wash clothes as well, and I am stronger than you."

Lao Zhang decided to try again while the Chinese New Year was coming. He said, "It’s best to find a long-term nanny. If not, you can be a short-term babysitter with high salary."

Aunties gave him advice. Generally, after the twentieth day of the twelfth lunar month, there will be a "replacement tide", and many nannies who used to live at home may come out to be substitutes. The salary depends on the workload of the new employer’s family, usually 300-500 yuan a day.

Lao Zhang immediately asked after listening, "Is 500 a day to see the elderly or children?" "Children, of course."

Lao Zhang gave a cry and stopped talking. He knows that the elderly who are seriously ill or fat are more willing to choose him.

Chinese New Year red envelopes test the employment relationship best.

In Zhaohui domestic service market, we know that during the Chinese New Year, most aunts hope that their employers can double their wages or give them a big red envelope. Many aunts said that employers usually give them a salary increase, red envelopes and clothes during the Spring Festival. If some employers don’t want to, they may quit their jobs or jump ship when the Spring Festival approaches, and come to the domestic market to see new opportunities.

"But most aunts still go home during the Chinese New Year, and there are indeed a few substitutes." An aunt said.

Aunt Ke, who is going to stay in Hangzhou for the Spring Festival this year, said that the salary for the Spring Festival is expected to be one day in 400 yuan. However, she said that domestic service agents are unwilling to raise prices too high. "They are afraid of disrupting the market, and they are afraid that the asking price will be too high and the signing rate will be reduced, which will affect their commission." So sometimes, she will make two preparations, talk to her employer herself, or go to the intermediary to sign an agreement. "Without an agreement, there is no guarantee."

At present, Aunt Ke has a potential employer and is very satisfied with her, but Aunt Ke still wants to wait and see. "Because I need to take care of an old man with a stroke." She said that most aunts are more willing to take care of children, and their wages are relatively high. Generally, they spend more than 6,000 yuan a month to look after children and 4,000-5,000 yuan to take care of the elderly.

In the domestic service market, we also found that most of them came from older aunts and employers.

"Now many post-80s and post-90s couples are looking for domestic service, and they prefer to find it on various Internet platforms, which will also divert some customers. Most of the people who come to the housekeeping center to find their aunts are elderly people. " Zhang Fengjuan said that now, some young aunts will also choose to call the domestic service platform online.

Should I give the nanny a red envelope during the Spring Festival? (Reporter Chen Xi)

Jiang Zhiqiang’s film enlightenment came from adult films and was deeply influenced by Miyazaki Hayao.

Andy Lau, Jiang Zhiqiang.
Jiang Zhiqiang’s film legend is matched by his low-key personality. He rarely shows up in public and is rarely interviewed by the media. Few people know that his "movie enlightenment" came from adult movies, that he was a "rich second generation" who only knew how to eat, drink and be merry every day before the age of 30, that he was a "workaholic" who talked with people about movies during holidays, and that he was a "thrifty man" who only took economy class on business trips.

Film enlightenment

Go abroad with my father to buy movies and watch adult movies at the age of 13.

Jiang Zhiqiang was born in Hong Kong in 1953. His father Cho-Toi Kong was a famous film distributor at that time. He started to work as an assistant manager in a Broadway cinema in Mong Kok in 1959, and later established Anle Film Company. Jiang Zhiqiang’s brother, Zhiwen Jiang, was the helm of Anle Film Company in 1980s. In 1980, the documentary "Bitter War" edited and produced set a new record for Hong Kong movies with Jackie Chan’s box office of nearly 10 million Hong Kong dollars.

Jiang Zhiqiang, who was born in a movie family, watched movies in the cinema where his father was the manager since he was a child. He also followed his father to buy films all over the world. Regarding Jiang Zhiqiang’s film "Enlightenment Education", people in the circle have always talked about that he followed his father to Denmark to buy a film when he was 13 years old, and watched the first erotic art film in his life. "My father likes to take children with him, so he took me and my sister with him when he went to buy films. At that time, he went to the cinema to watch adult films, and people refused to let him take two children in, so my father showed a guest card and said ‘ I’m here to buy a film, and I can’t leave my child outside ’ 。” So, Jiang Zhiqiang followed his father to watch the first adult film in his life. After watching it, his father rushed to ask him "How was it?". But at that time, Jiang Zhiqiang just watched an adult film in a daze. He didn’t know that his future life would be closely linked with movies.

Movie awakening

Doing nothing before the age of 30, influenced by Miyazaki Hayao after the age of 30.

Dad and brother are both filmmakers. It seems that Jiang Zhiqiang should go abroad to watch movies, and then come back to take over his father’s film career, but the "legendary" story will never follow the established track. Some people say that Jiang Zhiqiang was an idle "rich second generation" before the age of 30, but he still did not forget to laugh at himself: "Where there is no rich second generation, my father is not so rich." It is an indisputable fact that Jiang Zhiqiang was really a loser before he was 30 years old. When he was young, he was not interested in movies. He didn’t study abroad as a film major, and his academic performance was not good. "I didn’t know what I was going to do before I was 30 years old. I played pranks outside all day. What I was most addicted to was betting on horses and playing mahjong, but how could I win by gambling?" Finally, one day, Jiang Zhiqiang found that he had nothing to do. He began to buy and sell movies in his father’s company, and he was fascinated with movies from then on until he officially took over the power of Anle Film Kingdom from his retired father in 1989.

But what really awakened Jiang Zhiqiang was a failed experience, and there was also a movie master who had a far-reaching influence on him. When Jiang Zhiqiang saw an American cartoon in his father’s company, he spent a lot of money to promote it. His cinema only showed this cartoon, but he was defeated by Hollywood blockbusters in the same period and lost a lot of money. That failure touched Jiang Zhiqiang so much that he decided to make a comeback. Later, he saw Miyazaki Hayao’s, "I decided to buy it after watching it. This movie made a lot of money. It can be said that Miyazaki Hayao had the greatest influence on me. His films brought my career to a peak. Later, I released ten films in Miyazaki Hayao, and I became good friends with him. "

Film persistence

Pulling people to talk about movies during the holidays has so far been alone.

As for Jiang Zhiqiang’s film story, we all know that he made a desperate investment in films and so on, and since then he has knocked on the door for Chinese films to enter overseas. We also know that he invested in the works of new directors regardless of the return and became a "bole" for a group of young filmmakers. In addition to being in charge of Anle Film Company, Jiang Zhiqiang also owns Hong Kong Broadway Cinema Line. Although he doesn’t have to worry about the management and operation of the cinema at all, going to the cinema to watch movies is his weekly homework. "I will go two or three times a week, because the audience sitting next to me is the boss, and they will tell you what to shoot." Jiang Zhiqiang also invested in art cinemas because of his personal complex. The Broadway Film Center in Yau Ma Tei and the Contemporary MOMA Broadway Film Center in Beijing have become sacred places for young artists to worship, but the cinemas are still losing money today. "See how long you can last, and how much you will lose in the end."

Because of his obsession with movies, Jiang Zhiqiang is an out-and-out workaholic. He was even exposed to calling colleagues to discuss the script during the Spring Festival one year. Of course, this joke spread to boss Jiang himself and felt a little exaggerated, but he still sincerely said, "Once you find your own ‘ Love ’ I will think of it all the time. In Hong Kong and the Mainland, when you think of something, you will find someone to talk to. There is no one to talk to abroad, so I am glad that someone is as enthusiastic about work as you and is willing to talk to you. " Jiang Zhiqiang is in love with movies, but he is still alone, unmarried and childless. Obviously, such a life is not complete, but he calmly faces: "There are always many regrets in life. It is your luck to find something you like, but who doesn’t have regrets?" So I never compare with others. Now the most important thing in life is happiness. "

Film economy

Small companies save money and insist on flying economy class on business trips.

In the spotlight, Jiang Zhiqiang and Anle’s films reflect a series of legendary movie stories, but today, Jiang Zhiqiang still keeps a low profile, and his "small company" has always maintained a scale of about 50 people, and only invests and distributes movies. Compared with listed companies such as Huayi and Bona, Anle didn’t even set foot in a star broker. At the beginning, Tang Wei and Kwai Lun Mei were only signed as friends to help. "What if a listed company has to face shareholders and make a movie that doesn’t make money? Our small company can explain itself. "

Boss Jiang’s film kingdom insists on being "small" rather than "big". He is cautious when dealing with investment, and even pursues "frugality" in his daily life. Insiders often accuse Boss Jiang of being "stingy". Andy Lau joined forces with Jiang Zhiqiang to invest this time, but even Liu Tianwang wanted to make additional investment, which was three requests and four demands. Finally, he took out a piece of money to become a shareholder. Boss Jiang is also famous for his "careful calculation". He insists on taking economy class on business trips on weekdays: "I am used to sleeping by plane. For example, it takes only two and a half hours to get from Hong Kong to Shanghai. What kind of location makes no difference to me. Of course, if I fly abroad for a long time, I will choose business class, but I can’t fly first class because I am the boss. "
